Unfortunately our stay was not good due to poor room conditions, non-existent amenities and poor cleanliness. Upon arrival our room had dirty sheets, with stains and tons of hair on them, our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close at all, and there was mold and holes in the walls. We did call and they sent someone to address the door matter, but we had continued problems with the door the whole trip. The room didn’t have much as far as items to use, no hair dryer, no safe, no place to store travel cases etc. the grounds were filthy, garbage everywhere everyday. The inside pool was tiny and filled with screaming kids all the time, and the two small hot tubs, one of which didn’t work, was dirty and way too dangerously hot. The only good things here were the hotel restaurant, amazingly good food, and the our cleaning lady Myra, who we tipped generously for her caring and service. We are not coming back, would not recommend.

The room was gross. The floors were updated but everything else in the room was not nice. Tiles in the ceiling were absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was so gross and vents had mold in them. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Disappointed in the room for how much they charge for it. Plus parking isn’t ideal. Won’t be staying here if we come back again.

This is my third time at Bolero Resort for a reason. The price is worth it! It offers indoor and outdoor pool, bar, gym, good amenities overall. It’s also close to the boardwalk. The only reason why this stay was a bit less than usual, was the lack of cleanliness when we got our room. We tried contacting room service but had no luck, we only stayed a few hours in hotel and only 2 days so it wasn’t a big deal. Hoping I get to see better results next time!

This was perfect the first night only downfall they stuck us next to the pool and the dj goes until 7pm but it worked for us because we weren’t in the room until later. The room was super clean and spacious. The second night was bad… no Fault to the hotel but we got no sleep our neighbors were soooo loud. The walls are thin and you can here everything outside.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Nice restaurant on property. Only downside is the indoor pool is significantly smaller than the pictures make it appear. Would stay again.

The room was spacious and quiet. Liked 24 hour concierge. Vending machines on every floor. Perfect location. 1 Block from boardwalk and beach. Outdoor pool was great. Gets crowded after 3 pm. The indoor pool was misleading. Photo shown is not real. Indoor pool is small. Hot tubs were very dirty. Parking was convenient and monitored. Overall we would stay here again.

Place is a great location for beach and boardwalk. Calling it a resort is a stretch. Staff was great. Outdoor pool was nice as was the fitness center. However , the room was damp. Non working fan in the bathroom with a drop ceiling is a recipe for disaster. Two room suite in the tower has no balcony so tgeres no where to hang anything wet. No access to coffee until 8 am when the restaurant opens. Our 2 room suite had a tiny fridge and no coffee pot. The absolute worst part is the elevator situation. 1 elevator for 7 floors . This includes the service employees with housekeepers carts . There were times we gave up and took the stairs. No big deal but it could be from the 7th floor. Also , i emailed them about discounted tickets for the amusement parks. I was told they have discounts but when i got there they said they havent had them in years . Not a bad place but there is better.

We had a great room with 2 king beds, fridge, dinette, pullout couch and plenty of room for 3 adults. clean and lots of lighting and extra plugs for devices. Our room in the motel area came right out to a huge deck with lounge chairs. we really enjoyed our stay ! check in and out was quick and easy

Had to ask for a blow dryer. And then using it blew a breaker for both our room and the room next to us as they used theirs at the same time. Minor inconvenience but if you stay here, plan for not need a blow dryer. Also- turn on your fridge as soon as you walk in the room. They are turned off in between guests- which we didnt realize and our food/drinks were warm by the next morning as well as the ice from the freezer had all melted onto our floor. Great location to the boardwalk and fireworks. Food in restaurant was delicious. DJ at tiki bar was fantastic. Drinks great but bartenders could use some help in how to manage a bar full of people needing drinks.

Terrible stay at the Bolero. The linens were white, disgusting stains were very visible on each bed. The bathroom was never cleaned we were only given more towels. The maid doesn't change your sheets,they ONLY make the beds which is unsanitary. I stayed in the room the entire time bc I had the flu. My family went to the boardwalk. So imagine a day on the boardwalk and coming back to soiled stained sheets. Nasty. The pics on here are misleading. There's no refrigerator or cooking/hottub area as shown. That's only in the most expensive suites. The hotel has been upgraded,It's nicer than it was! The hotel is also extremely overpriced. We called the front desk from our cellphones because they don't answer if you call from the room. Asked for more blankets, twice. Never received them until went to the front desk! There was an event the same dates as our first two nights. The music was SO loud and there was smoking in the non smoking section. I spent $1589 for 6 days! It was an awful overpriced stay. There are hotels just as nice that will provide clean linens and will also clean your room. Maids come banging on your door at 11:45 am daily! I asked to speak to managemnt upon checkout. He wasn't there. I called every other day for 2 wks. I finally spoke to him today. I was told he's there after 4 pm. He says he was there everyday except tues,for 11 hour days. So somebody's lying. He refused to help me. I always stay at nice hotels and never been dealt with by managemnt like this!
