Wi-Fi was not accessible from my room. Water pressure in shower wasn’t good and drain backed up while taking a shower. Size of room was decent. Pools were small and crowded. Was really close to boardwalk which was the best.

We enjoyed the stay overall. Bolero should invest in dehumidifiers for the rooms. A second elevator would be smart. Other than that and some small stupid things, we enjoyed bolero. The indoor pool is a huge plus for those rainy days. The hot tub is nice also but the jets weren’t strong at all. Staff was really great. Front desk excellent. My cleaning lady was a sweetheart. Would definitely stay here again.

One elevator is a little pain in the butt. Sixth floor is very noisy with rolling carts all day and night and whatever is going on upstairs on the seventh floor. It’s a luxury room bed shouldn’t be right by the door.

Walkable to boardwalk. The rooms have spacious comfortable beds. My only complaint was housekeeping was kind enough to change trash bags and give us clean towels but they did not remove to dirty towels that were on the floor. Lived the pool areas, tiki bar and dj. Food options were great. Food at restaurant at hotel was really good. There's an All you can eat buffet nearby as well as a highly rated Italian restaurant. Im definitely going back to Bolero on my next Wildwood vacation!!

The resort was conveniently located to the Boardwalk and beach. My suggestion would be adding grab bars in the showers and adding more handicap parking spaces. We brought my mother, and she was worried about falling in the shower. Also, the pullout sofa is NOT a good sleeping option (unless you want an achy back). Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.

It was hard to rate this resort. I did keep my reservation after reading tons of negative review’s. Pros: Amenities were great. Nice, clean outside pool and indoor pool. The spas were clean and a large steam room. The outdoor patio has DJ almost every night. We had a Deluxe room with two king beds on poolside. The only thing we heard was the music and we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. This hotel was very close to boardwalk and restaurants. The bathroom was updated and very clean.Cons: The beds are not comfortable, pillows were actually good. Even-though they have done a great job of remodeling there is areas of improvement. Our room looked to have black mold spots on ceiling. The mattress protectant covers in our room were extremely stained and that worried us. However, the actual sheets and blanket were good and smelled clean. Overall I may not stay here again but the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The housekeeping was also very attentive. Like I said we may not book again but overall a week stay was comfortable and very fun with the bar and music. We also had 4 teens with us
