I want to start off by saying that I am very picky when it comes to staying at hotels/ motels. I looked at reviews for this motel 2 days before check in and I almost immediately cancelled as I saw a lot of recent bad reviews with comments about it being dirty , run down, etc. We ended up arriving to check in and I will say our check in experience wasn’t the greatest, there isn’t enough parking for every room which isn’t the greatest but they do offer a parking permit to park anywhere in wildwood with a meter so I will say that did help. We were given a little welcome back once the room was ready that had water and snacks which was nice. The room was clean upon checking in. I’m not sure where the other people stayed but we had an ocean front room and it was clean , no water stains or mold even in the bathroom . We definitely were glad we decided to stay. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was a good size. The only thing I’d point out is that the floors could be mopped a little more. It’s hard to keep wood/laminate floors sand and dust free but they were not terrible. The location was very convenient for getting on to the boardwalk and beach. I love that I could bring my dog and be that close. There is always going to be little things people don’t like but I think overall people need to remember that they are staying at motels, not top notch hiltons. I’ve seen some nasty places in wildwood and this was far from it. We will definitely be going back

The air conditioner does not blow continuously either have to have it go on and off all night or put it on fan and hope it doesn’t get too hot, if you can deal with that, the beds are fairly comfortable and the place is clean. You can walk right onto the boardwalk and then you can go underneath the boardwalk to access the beach. It is in front of a pool club, but you can see ocean from the front view and there’s plenty of furniture all around the property to sit on people do bring their dogs there.

Hotel was clean and very convenient location. Rooms were just enough for a couple night stay! Parking is not included. You will have a fee to park which i was not aware of. $20 fee and because they dont have the same amount of rooms to parking spots if you are not there early enough you may not even get a spot on their property. Overall a grat place dor family to stay clean and convenient. Will stay again!

Bathroom was very small and not very clean. Even though hotel room was paid in full prior to arriving they placed a $200 hold on my credit card. This policy was not indicated on the Expedia site. Additionally, the hotel indicates parking but when we arrived there were no parking spaces available and I was placed on a waiting list. Very disappointed.

Overall we had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Things to work on are.. bed was comfortable but the pillows could be a bit more stuffed and supportive, would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the office for early morning risers and we had a few ants in our bathroom. We loved the easy access to the boardwalk, the pool is clean, loved the top deck cabana area and the complimentary gift at check in was nice! We’ll definitely stay again.

I was a little bit upset because I wasn’t able to check in on time. It took me a while to get back to the room so he was like at 1 AM and I asked if there will be late. Check out. The guy told me yes of course you could pay $50 extra and you could stay a little bit longer But he told me I had to do it in the morning the morning came in and they told me that that wasn’t available for me. Then the guy also told me that I could park outside and that it will be free around that time, but in the morning I was able to let them know to be able to park. The one was I was checking out. I asked them if I was able to like just buy the $20 car pass and she told me I was not able to do so because I was checking out. I just felt like they could’ve been a little bit more lenient with me as they knew I was so far as I was from far away and they knew my situation.

Location is good. Staff was just ok. Despite the ad indicating parking for 1 vehicle, there was no onsite parking available for us upon check in. I had to pay $30 to park off site (a block away) for the evening until they could provide a space the next night. I worried about my car the whole night and had to get up early to move my vehicle or pay an additional $20 to the sketchy parking people. Extremely inconvenient…especially since I chose this location to avoid extra walking as my foot is in a walking boot from a broken bone. Housekeeping did not clean our room our 2 night stay. Overall, just “meh”.

We had a great experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay again. The location is ideal, just steps off the boardwalk and an easy walk to the beach, making it perfect for a shore getaway. The value for the price is excellent, and check in was fast and smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small goodie bag provided at check in. The room itself was fairly clean overall. The beds were very comfortable and appeared clean, which is always a top priority. However, the baseboards could use more attention, and the floors seemed like they had not been properly mopped, which was noticeable. The pool area was nice, but seating filled up quickly due to guests placing towels on chairs to reserve them. It was not a major issue for us since we primarily visited for the beach, but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to use the pool. Parking is another consideration. Hotel parking is twenty dollars per day, and street parking, if available, can be pricey especially during peak times. All in all, this hotel provided a great experience with friendly service, a fantastic location, and a lot of value. A few small improvements in room cleanliness would make it even better, but we still highly recommend it to others and look forward to returning.

It was nowhere mentioned on the Expedia page for this hotel nor my reservation that parking is first come, first serve. It is also $20 for parking, which I would've paid if parking was available. I chose this hotel for it's proximity, clean ratings and parking. Hotel staff was very rude upon check in.
