My bathroom was filthy with what looks like urine and the sheests were stained with holes in the comforter
Property is old and needs updating. Was fairly clean. But old.
Nasty stunk like alcoholics were in the rolm before me...no parking.unhelpful guy at the desk
It was the Horror Hotel. Don't do business with them. The staff is rude, the rooms are disgusting. The worse hotel experience I've ever had
The room next store was up fighting all night and walls paper thing but otherwise our stay was good.
Paying for nothing. I searched for specific date to book reservations but ORBITZ shows me day before my reservation and I didn’t check the date while paying and next day I realized it was mistake. Call the motel told all what was happen but didn’t understand me and said tell where you booked from. He was so rude because he got the money for nothing. Be aware from this motel.
Everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. We wish they werent sold out
It was posed as cleaned but smelled unclean, bed bugs, that were actually alive and crawling. Smelled like dog poo on the property. Not going back.
Cramped parking lot charged for safe in room,didn't work. Kept very clean
I didn’t even stay there. Have asthma and every room I checked smelled like smoke. I would have ended up in the hospital
To start, we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. My wife and i had to drag all of our luggage up the stairs. The stairwell was extremely dirty and disgusting. There was garbage overflowing in the 2 trashcans that we passed. There was trash bags outside in 4 different places as well as in the hallways. I understand that they clean the rooms, but this was at 5pm. Needless to say, we got to our room and decided not to stay. I wouldn't recommend this chain unless you are looking for nothing more than a cheap place to stay.
It served it's purpose for a 1 night stay. I'll go back but get a bigger room
