We’re supposed to stay there for 3 nights but we checked out after we slept one night. Someone is knocking in our door. No security feature anyone can go and use the elevator. The room carpet is dirty. I will not recommend this hotel.

To be sure, The Embassy Suites is a top hotel for a reasonable price. The room was beautiful, and the complimentary breakfast was worthy of a 5-star hotel. My only complaint was that we arrived late at night and had some difficulty finding the property due to bad directions from Mapquest. Unfortunately, the night clerk who was fairly young could not clearly tell us how to find the hotel even though we were just down the street, causing us to drive around for an extra 20 minutes. I strongly recommend that Embassy Suites create printed directions that the clerks can read to the guests who are unfamiliar with the area.

I didn’t like that security was very nasty to guest. Unable to bring balloons & their werenoise complaints being made before 10pm.

I was initially excited to stay at this Embassy until check-in, I noticed the difference in the way the staff spoke to certain guests. The room was okay. Definitely needs some updating

Air conditioner did not work, you would think they would have the air on to keep the room a little cool on a hot day before you arrive. Switched rooms, temp did not go below 72 all night and the bathroom smell like your at the bar smoking.. Top it off they allow people to walk around with no mask.... Not cool!!!!! Are they really affiliated with Hilton. Thats sad!!!!

Because of COVID-19, the bar, room service, breakfast, and restaurant was closed. At that point, I really don’t believe the room was worth $99 tax a night when compared to other hotels. The TVs in room were also very small and only offered cable. To compete with modern hotels they really should consider offering Netflix with your stay, like numerous other hotels have begun offering. I was also told a religious group was coming in that refused to wear masks and that because it’s a ‘free country’ embassy suites cannot require them to wear them. Hundreds were coming and this compromises the safety of the other guests who all complied with wearing a mask. This group should not have been allowed to stay if they did not follow the guidelines.

Very clean. Beautiful atmosphere. Disappointed in breakfast. Food was awful. Also no coffee available until after 7 am. That’s absurd!

Staff was very nice and friendly especially Arriella.

Overall, this is a great hotel with friendly staff and great service.

I say here often. It is very convenient for me to commute from here.

The suite was large and clean. We also enjoyed a swim after breakfast.

I loved everything about this Hotel the staff was attentive to each guess the hotel was very clean and the Hot Breakfast was the absolute best hands down. Also something different about the pool area they open it from 10pm-12pm only for adults. This is a great hotel for a family get away. I’ll definitely recommend it anyone

The breakfast spread was above and beyond any other place that I have had in a hotel.

Very well maintained and managed property with excellent perks. Front desk was very accomodating whether it was needing an envelope to printing out boarding passes. The grounds and room were comfortable and well kept. The maintenance team were constantly cleaning the common areas of the hotel. All expectations met!

Because of COVID-19, the bar, room service, breakfast, and restaurant was closed. At that point, I really don’t believe the room was worth $99 tax a night when compared to other hotels.
