Property undergoing renovation, Everyone was nice and helpful. room was clean, low watt bulbs make room dark esp bathroom. If you don't mind the reno mess etc it's an average bargain priced hotel. Coffee in lobby is $2.00 / cup which is redic. should be comp. In room Kureg tho.

We had multiple issues with our keys not working.. Stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights we needed to contact the front desk to get the keys recoded. There were no amenities, now i understand that things are a bit weird with covid, but the pool was not covid related, and breakfast was non existent. None of that was mentioned on the website prior. Hotel room had tv issues, had to put toilet paper in the eye hole because you could see into the room without, and the wall had an open panel where apparently they were fixing the electrical issues. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay in room 205!

The worst hotel ever!!! Not only was it absolutely dirty but it was old and nasty. We tried three different rooms and all of them had stains in either the sofas or the beds. Our (final) room on the 5th floor was a bit more spacious but we couldn’t possibly take a bath. The bathtub was rust and it seemed it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The carpets looked super old and filthy. Do not STAY here ever. The only good thing is the staff but doesn’t compensate the bad and horrible experience we had. I had even to cancel one night (out of two that I booked through Orbitz) because I couldn’t bear to stay one more day there.

Treadmill stopped in the middle of my run. Staff were not always at the front or available. Remote did not work in the room. The continental breakfast was good and the hotel is close to many things. But for my own personal preference I wish I would have been notified prior to my stay that the amenities were not available.

The room was a great size. Very comfortable. It was not clear where the check in desk was. There was not an attendant present. When she came out, she was asked if I rang the bell. Once the checkin process started it was adequate.

Decent hotel. Clean room and lobby area. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Nicely supplied gift shop. Its in a quiet area, with not much around. A notable plus was the water pressure in the shower - quite good. And I've stayed in just about every hotel in the area, so this was a pleasant surprise. Had coffee maker in the room, also a plus. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a decent, but not over the top, hotel for business or pleasure.

We had to move as the bathtub filled with Black Gunk from some overflow and we could not use the bathroom. Room service was MIA and the restaurant was disorganized by an impromptu all you can eat offer bound with an impromptu comedy club offer. The help tried in part but was outmatched by missing management and terrible conditions.

I booked this hotel because I wanted an indoor pool and exercise room. Well the pool was closed and not working and the gym room was not clean or functioning. The room was a great size. Very comfortable. It was not clear where the check in desk was. There was not an attendant present. When she came out, she was asked if I rang the bell. Once the checkin process started it was adequate.
