Hard to sign on to Internet using fire stick, plus guests fight woke us up early as heck on Saturday morning and they still came to get us up at 11am instead of accommodating with another hour of rest. Other than that, LOVE THE HOTEL, STAFF IS AMAZING!!! COOL FOR A GET AWAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! sushi bar club vibe next door walking distance!! I have stayed here a number of times and every time it's a little improved. The rooms are very nice and have new bedding and a new lock system since I was there last. For the money in the location you can't beat it.

During my stay at this Motel 6, there was no hot water. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and the desk was unattended for about 45 minutes. When the agent arrived, she stated the hotel had been without hot water for over a week and apologized for not disclosing this upfront, yet refused any refund or compensation. The response was dismissive and became defensive when the issue was raised. Hot water is a basic lodging requirement in New Jersey, especially in winter, and guests should be clearly informed before booking.
