Fire alarm went off at 4:45 AM - first experience of that! Only one elevator worked days before that. The one that worked was very slow. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was not included.

$18 for 2 eggs and low-grade sausage is ridiculous. The eggs came out undercooked, so I had to return them for a redo: basic services and a busy front desk. Not a business-class hotel that I expected.
