The man at check in was very nice and professional
Everything was nice clean & spacious. The elevators were a bit of a challenge.
The pool deck was under construction but we enjoyed the pool area.
My only issue was the bath tub water couldn't drain. I had to call front desk to clear water.
The room was too cold could not regulate temperature
Overall good, restaurant was a little lacking in food for the evening meal, the breakfast buffet was OK.
Every encounter with staff, during my stay - 5 stars along with buffet breakfast. With me being in a wheelchair, the young lady at check-in's offer to assist my wife and me to our room was truly appreciated. Thank You Again, twice! My only negative during our too brief, overnight stay was the lobby men's bathroom accessible stall door hardware. It was inoperable. I could not secure the stall and as fate would have it, a young man opened the door while occupied. I quickly, mentally recovered and dismissed the event. As we were driving away, I began to casually describe what just happened to my wife. I was surprised by her lack of vocal response. As I glanced at her, she was wide-eyed and shaking her head. Why? She begins to describe a similar event in the lobby ladies' bathroom upon arrival. We agreed ... , the staff, the room, the breakfast, truly provided an experience that outweighed our duplicated bathroom oddity. Thank You!
I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and had a wonderful time. The only complaint I had was that we stayed for 3 nights and did not have a fridge.
Love this location because it is so convenient for visiting our family in New Jersey. The hotel is clean, quiet and easy to get on/off Route 287. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet is a little expensive, but has numerous food choices. Overall, my favorite place to stay in New Jersey.
