This hotel is NOT 4 star quality. Our room was falling apart, along with the indoor pool. When we were looking under surfaces before leaving to make sure we did not forget anything, we found a Funion chip under the tv stand, we didn’t have any funions on our trip. I would expect higher quality for the price I paid and from a four star hotel. I will not be staying here again when I visit my family around there.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family in the area. Parking was easy, with 2 lots in the front. We had not checked in on the app, and the man at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Of course the warm cookies were delicious. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with nice thick king-size pillows. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was cleaned, the towels replaced, and the bed made up. We don't typically ask for that to be done, but it was a nice little bonus. Our only real complaint was the hot tub was out of order, and we had been looking forward to it after a long drive. Things like that happen, though, so we were disappointed but not upset. We did not eat on site, so I can't speak to that.

It was an excellent stay. I truly appreciated the staff's behavior, the cleanliness of the property, and the convenient parking. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I had informed the staff in advance that I would be arriving later in the evening, and they ensured a seamless check-in even though we arrived at 11 PM instead of the expected 4 PM. Their professionalism and helpfulness made the experience even better. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends, relatives, and colleagues in the future.

Disrespectful and Rude. No apology for making me wait 45mins to check in because someone did not do there job to uploaded the reservation to there system with no apology and then gives me a FILTH ROOM…I am a Heart Transplant Recipient and cleanliness is extremely important. Note I spent 10hrs and 4 call from 3am to 10:15am until the reservation was corrected. Also they place me…a heart transplant recipient in a FILTHY 1st floor room with FILTHY CARPETS AND A bathroom that the sink dies drain, the toilet take holding down the banked for 15 seconds to flush and mildew and mold…I HAVE VIDEO AND PICKS. I’m thoroughly disgusted And I am an honors member… they are appalling!
