The issue was everything. It was a day after a storm and there was no place to park. The parking lot was not plowed, and my car was stuck in snow multiple times. Actually had to shovel myself out. In spite of them being no place to park to actually stay at the hotel I cannot cancel my reservation. So I had to park in an adjoining parking lot and hope that my car was still there in the morning. Once I checked in, I was given a room key and when I opened the room, it was someone else’s room! The bed was slept in, and there was food and open containers all around the room. When I went back downstairs, they decided to try to check rooms before putting me in them. They opened the room and then close the door quickly and said nope not that one before putting me in another one which thankfully had no one else In it. If there was one bright spot, the girl at the desk in the evening was at least nice. But do not book this hotel unless you have no other options.
