The check in was awesome. We didnt have our suitcase with our bathroom items as there was a mix up at the airport and the woman who checked us in provided us with the basics we needed and was very sympathetic and friendly. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. We ended up not taking the shuttle from EWR to the property as I had sent a message to the hotel asking where to go for the shuttle but I never heard back. Shuttle from hotel to airport was great. On time and friendly driver.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Iberostar Star in Jamaica! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our incredible butler, Travis, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Also, a big shoutout to Alex, the night butler, who was always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything after hours. Both of them really made this trip extra special and unforgettable.
