The stay was fine. My problem was the Orbitz booking system. Took a 45 minute phone call to fix it.

First, the Goods: 1) the shuttle is timely and prompt. When I called the hotel the shuttle was there less than 10 minutes later. 2) two the staff was friendly and helpful. Nobody got frustrated when I had difficulty understanding what they were saying because of the thick foreign accents everyone had. No native English speakers on premises 3) $100 for a room is a decent price 4) I needed a place to write for a voice acting job I had the next day in the city. The room had a nice but small table with two chairs that worked good enough to use as a desk. Now the bad’s: 1) the parking lot right outside my door, people were using their Bluetooth headphones in their cars very loud, blasting music in their cars very loud. It seemed like a big congregating area. The noise went on till at least 10 o’clock at night. 2)the mini fridge was so loud. I woke up at one in the morning and unplugged it because I could not sleep. 3) 11PM Iworking on my at the table and I watched a 3 1/2 inch mouse run across the room. I called the front desk. They offered to put me in another room I needed to get to sleep so passed. I figured a little mouse isn’t going to hurt me but it didn’t make it easier to sleep Next time I’ll pay the extra $60 to stay at the Marriott right at the airport

The toilet tank kept not refilling. We have to fill the tank to flush. The heat stopped working. The remote for the TV did not work even after batteries were replaced and was told u turn from console

The property was horrible. Bed sheets was smelling and dirty. No cleanliness and it is not properly maintained. When raised the issue with the reception/owner, he was rude and didn’t try to accommodate our request to change the room. Probably the worst experience of all the motels i have been to. Don’t recommend this motel to anyone

Worse night ever

The 1st room no tv the shower was running full force after I took shower cigarette holes in blankets supposed to be non smoking room day 2 got another room was a little better there was a big gap in the door where the freezing wind was coming through they own a parking lot also so they parked the cars from the over night parking through out the hotel leaving my parking space taken by my room had to walk from around the back of hotel with all of my stuff

They should maintain the room before any guests comes in.their was human Hair all over the room.so disgusting.i asked them to vacuum but they say they don’t have vacuum.and the lady she just mop that floor and left hair not been picked up. Are you serious!!!! 😡.
