Needed a hotel for a few hours due to a delayed flight. The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and super close to the Newark Airport. Will definitely stay here again
Pool filled with mattresses. Lobby too hot! Pillows too small and thin. Like sleeping on a towel. Didn’t accommodate rooms close to each other we requested when we booked the rooms.m months ago. Girl only checked us in 1 room when we had 2 rooms. Girl at front desk miserable! Speak English please! Told us to get back in a long line to talk to the man working beside her to change rooms. Thanks for a horrible night!
The “breakfast” was ridiculous. Cold cereal, cold bagel. They had 1 staff member handing out items behind a glass, which made for a long line to wait to get items. The pool is CLOSED. They have mattresses, yes mattresses, stored inside of the pools. It is ridiculous that you pay for amenities you cannot use. It was 90 degrees outside and could not take my kids for a swim.

The check-in was easy although due to the holiday the line was long. Jennifer was awesome. She has a full understanding of what great hospitality is. I hope she keeps climbing to the top!!
NEVER STAY IN THIS LOCATION! I was with my family and booked for 2 days.. We had very uncomfortable stay... 1. When we returned to room after visiting city in the evening at 8:30 PM we were shocked to see my room still NOT CLEANED! When we are paying for both the days why room remained uncleaned on second day?? I had to struggle connecting with front desk and getting the room cleaned after waiting more than an hour. 2. In room toilet exhaust was not working.. Had to live with bad smell in the room. 3. AC performance was terrible and had bad night for entire family. 4. Breakfast room set up was very odd and gave an ugly experience. Serving by someone who does not understand nuances of customer. Lady was highly unprofessional and poor customer service sense. 5. I sent mail to GM but there is no response from GM so far... no communications at all... Very terrible experience.

To pay US20 for parking is outrageous.
They lock the back door at night even if you have a room key...pretty inconvenient when parking in the back at night with heavy luggage. Food selection is very minimal...not much thought put into it. Room was clean and modern. No complaints there.
From the shuttle driver to the front-line check-in staff, everyone was very helpful and professional. Our only recommendation would be that the hotel stock up more on toothpaste for lodgers like us who were stranded in Newark without our luggage!
