Water was three dollars, walking around the hotel area wasn't to bad, next time bring food , no wifi in room ,breakfast was good but no cheep , I went to the buffet twice, that when I got my check , time for to go, got the hint . It's cheaper then staying in the city, so I knew it would be different then the Empire . Thanks I needed to get away from the city for awhile. If there's a store near by let us know pleases. $1 for water

One of the worst Hotel experiences I have every had, and that too coming from a hilton was really bad. The hotel staff starting from the check in process was bad. They gave me Room keys that dont work, and instead of fixing it they blame me for not using them properly. The key for the parking pass also had the issues that made me run back and forth to the front desk to parking lot two times and made me miss my flight.

Good Rooms. Comfortable. Parking is not free, near by garage is very costly.

Awesome customer service at all levels. Has a very nice stay at this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Newark.

Everything was clean and comfy for my layover stay

Room service until late, and an onsite bar make a late arrival from the airport relatively pleasant. The desk clerk was nice enough to comp the Wi-Fi, (paying for Wi-Fi in an upscale hotel has always been a thorn in my side) Comfortable beds, nice linens. Would stay here again.

1. Room service is dirty. They dont change bedsheets, even when you explicitly ask them to. Bathroom is dirty and the room where i stayed in had a clogged basin. They addressed the issue after multiple reminders. 2. Hotel staff is very unfriendly. With every order they will remind you that you would have to pay for that and that your order is not free. "Come on! I am just placing an order, I never asked whether it is free or not". Even For a cup of tea, they would ask whether you are okay to pay 6dollars. Given that i paid more than 200 dollars for my room, i guess i would be okay with 6 dollar tea. 3. They dont have basic amenities like a microwave in a room or in each floor. There is just one Microwave for the entire hotel in the guest lobby. That too belongs to Starbucks. 4. They provide bed-in-breakfast service, but don't be surprised if no one picks up your order after you leave it hanging outside. Happened to me twice. So just to make sure, please check in the morning, whether they got your order. 5. Lastly, dont leave any money outside when you step out of the room. They will be gone when you come back. Definitely my last visit at Hilton facility. Go with Marriott. They are way better than this.

Staff was good and let me do a early check in, room was clean and comfortable, bath products were good

Nice enough hotel, near the airport. Old, though, and showing it in many ways. Fortunately, the staff was excellent, but not quite enough to compensate for old fixtures, old smells, old everything. Not a Hilton in many ways...

the hotel was comfortable, staff friendly the suttle drivers especially Aida where great! The chair in the room (not the desk chair) was horrible. you couldn't sit in it, lounge in it. When I did try to figure it out it tipped over, the only good thing about the chair, because it is so low to the floor you could push it upright with just a little effort. oh the vending machine was broken on our floor the entire time we were there (five nights). Fairly mediocre complaints.

It was fair and ok, expected a little more from Hilton. But it worked in the end.

Everything worked and they had a Starbucks, which was good too.

only issue was the parking...paid parking with the system not working correct and unable to let the people out in the morning.

Just a night layover. Reached very late at night but everything was great. Would recommend to anyone

Spent an afternoon and evening here, closer to the airport than my nyc location, to catch an early flight. Pleasantly surprised to find an excellent restaurant and bar, and above-average swimming pool, as well as helpful staff. Have not tried other hotels in the area but this one sets the bar for comparison fairly high. Hotel is family-friendly but quiet.

I got stuck in Newark for a 14 hour layover and got a good deal on a room at the Hilton. It's a pretty nice place, the staff was helpful and the restaurant was good. Thanks to all for your hospitality.

The waiter didn't give me a good service while I was having dinner.

The trip was okay, I guess is get for what you pay for.

For what I needed Hilton Newark Airport was convenient and not expensive. Parking can be better.

Great helpful hotel staff. Nice room. But the hotel is in an industrial area. A Budweiser brewery is next door. There are other airport hotels nearby, but no restaurants. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, which looks like a Denny's, but the food we had was unworthy of the very high prices, and the restaurant staff was unfriendly and indifferent. Thank goodness there's an onsite Starbuck's, so we were able to bypass the restaurant's $19 breakfast buffet or their $15 omelet. I did not feel that the hotel was a good value for the price we paid, and my husband and I decided that we will try a different hotel the next time we have a Newark Airport layover. Next time, I will searcn the reviews for a hotel with a well reviewed restaurant.
