When we arrived there was a lot of shouting in the lobby. It turned out to be a church revival meeting taking place in their meeting room located down the hall. I was given my room key, which was right next to this room. I refused to stay there. This turned out to be a good call as the service went on for at least three more hours of hooting and hollering. (I'm a Christian myself but this was really ridiculous). The receptionist was totally disinterested in any of this and several later requests regarding the broken ice machine, and where to get some Tylenol etc. But I will say this...they had the best free breakfast I've ever had in any hotel chain. So despite my poor rating, I'd probably stay there again just for that alone.

I changed rooms three times in 12 hours. 1st room sink wouldn’t drain, 2nd smelled off mold, third refrigerator didn’t work. I had to store my food and beverages in an ice filled bag in the sink until maintenance arrived the next day to replace the refrigerator. My parking card expired earlier than my trip and in an emergent situation I had to pay $25 extra to exit, the lady at the desk didn’t care to assist in my refund. I had to continuously request extra towels. There are four people on the reservation, but only three towels kept getting provided. Smh….and they need need carpets.

I didn’t end up staying at the hotel due to a canceled flight, so I can’t comment on the property itself. However, when I received a message inviting me to ask any questions I have, I did so (before i knew the flight got cancelled) — but no one responded for hours. If that service isn’t reliable, it seems pointless to offer it in the first place.
