The room was nice and clean. The staff that greeted me was friendly.

Hotel is convenient to Newark Airport and provides long-term paid parking.

Rooms needed to be upgraded. Pedestal sinks in the room...really?; tubs are old and are chipping....horrific; floor wasn’t vacuumed. Rooms should have microwaves. Lobby beautiful.

The wsh cloth had holes in them and became bigger as I used it. The sheets had some stains on them. Other than those two things, everything was really nice.

Not clean or well disinfected. Unfriendly front desk. Staff using areas meant for paying guests, smoking and not wearing masks. Website and staff do not tell you that amenities are not working or open such as gym, pool, phones, etc., unless you ask. Its a shame. This was a higher end property in the area that feels like a motel with nice interior design. You basically pay for a room and parking. Highly disappointed.

Property undergoing major construction/facelift, still one of the best in the area.

The lobby was being renovated so the entrance was in the back. The restaurant menu was disappointing. The flat sheet on the bed was dirty. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to work. An auto fan would have been a fantastic feature to camouflage the noise in the hallway. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice amenity.

The front desk staff was great and accommodating after Orbitz had overbooked and had problems with there system. The hotel made it right not Orbitz!!!

Overall the property is great. The two things that could be improved are: 1. The bathroom toilet ran all night after being flushed 2. There was no direct number to call front desk on the room phone so you have to go through the main number, which seemed to always be busy.

I only saw the 5th floor hallway which smelled due to old carpet. The rooms were OK.

The hotel was nice. But the fact that you have to pay parking sucks
