Nice hotel. The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped, but the staff was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful and our waitress was fantastic. Overall it was a great place to stay.

we misplaced our key while we went to the bar late night. we were treated like criminals by the staff when we tried to get their help. disappointed

Front desk staff nice and knowledgeable. Only real problem was that housekeeping staff was noisy during evening hours (8PM) when we were trying to make an early night due to next days early start. They quieted down after I stepped into the hallway - but there had been no reason for shouting down halls and speaking loudly when getting a rext door room ready.

It is a Hotel. Nothing special. Ok if you are just there to fly out of ewr. Coffee maker Didi not work. Transportation to airport is excellent. Be careful between 7 and 8 am as the shuttle runs out of seats and you have to wait for next shuttle. Plan accordingly due to the extra 15 minutes it takes for the second shuttle to come around.

Nice and comfortable. Stayed overnight for an event.

Arrived on a Saturday a little early, no problem checking in. Meal area was restricted to the vicinity of the bar for the evening. NJ room suite of taxes is pretty high, so be cognizant in advance and get a total estimate for your planning. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Remote for TV did not work. Rate does NOT include internet access.

Good condition rooms, amenities, lobby, restaurant. But wifi costs $13 a day, no microwave oven. Not much affordable food within walking distance. Restaurant in lobby is fairly expensive (turkey sandwich and 2 beers was $38). Close to the airport is good.

We all went for a church event and everything was perfect we all love it

Very convenient, clean and pleasant with nice pool and fitness center.

Good experience.... Friendly staff... Comfortable beds

I like the hotel is very clean and quiet, my family and me had a good experience

I just stayed here for one night. Room was clean, and staffs were nice. I will definitely use this hotel again.

I was very satisfied with my stayed at this hotel, of course not everyone is going to agreed with me, but I have no complaints. I think it was the right placed at the right price. I will stay again.

This trip was a great one my stay was really good just like i expected it to be extremely helpful staff really nice everything clean smells good for the price I will stay there again and will recommend anyone that is looking for a great time you will enjoy your stay here. I wish it had an arcade but everything is it's great

Telephone was not working, I asked them to fix it, but they did not. I did not know about the parking fee for the over night staying customer. I was waiting for a line for check in, but they entertained those airlines first instead of me. No bell man for my 4 baggage. I used to stay at Renaissance before, but this is worse one I had stay and I would like to stay way from Renaissance for now.

Just stayed one night, rooms were clean and comfortable and so close to the city.

The hotel is really comfortable. The room had king size bed is really big. I also like the decorate, it is really fashion.

I stayed here one night before catching a flight out. I generally don't expect much from hotels that are right by the airport. This was a very pleasant surprise. Great hotel. Bar was nice and food was really good. Nice and fun staff. Room was clean and comfy. You will not be disapointed here.

clean and everybody was so helpful but the only thing i didnt like was that i can hear everything in the hallway and next door.

Excellent customer service!
