I checked in the hotel around 7pm I went to get food and back to my room to relax. The person next door to me on the 6th floor was so loud I had to cut the tv up. The hallway smelled like weed and I decided to check out around 10pm to go stay somewhere else because this was a non smoking hotel but people were smoking anyway

The Shuttle drive very rude and disrepecfull. Bad customer service

This hotel used to be awesome. Sad to say, it has gone down hill. I witnessed guests in the lobby area with no masks, once it was an large group. People on my floor didn't wear masks when getting ice or drinks. There was no microwave in the room as it was on previous stays. My room didn't get cleaned for 2 night during my 3 night stay. Lastly, I saw a mouse. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Not unless they tear it down and put a new building in its place!

My family never checked in and was left stranded in Newark. Carmen from Orbitz made a mess between her and check in agent. She told me that she was going to take care of the reservation for the 13th and apparently confused the front desk agent. I live in Daytona Beach and my family asked for help and since I've always rely on your effectiveness I made reservation with you guys. I NEED THIS TO GET RESOLVED ASAP AND WHAT HAPPENED TODAY IS COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT AND UNCALL FOR. . .

Closeness to airport, quick check in and check out. Good breakfast. Bad note, they charge every night a “hold fee” that ended in an amount of $287.54. Still waiting for it to be off my credit card.

Place was great for the price. I did not like waiting half an Hour for a shuttle bus after traveling for 12 hrs.
