The shuttle worked great
Staff are friendly and accommodating to my needs. They ensured I had access to breakfast in the morning which is buffet style but I did take-out to remain in my to eat instead of dining-in. The bed was comfortable and everything in my room operated properly. I liked how the room came with a refrigerator and how the Cafè on the first floor has microwaves in case a guest needs to reheat their food. There’s even a place to buy some items and a restaurant nearby. The hotel is located in a decent area off of the highway.
They charge guests to to park. Room had a stale odor.
My biggest gripe was that no one ever picked up the phone when calling the property. I tried for over an hour while waiting at the airport for a shuttle that never came. I tried every option on the answering service and all mailboxes were full or just disconnected my call. But I will say that, after having to take a cab to the property when I couldn’t get their shuttle, they did reimburse me that cost. So was happy about that part.
Room 903 July 8/2021. Air conditioning broken- just the fan worked.Keurig coffee Machine broken in room. Sheets not fresh. Shower head didn’t adjust and shower rod rusty. No one picked up when I called multiple times from airport for airport shuttle and no one picked up when I called from the room for front desk service and to arrange a wake up call. No coffee available at store or front desk for early departure time to airport - although this is an airport hotel!

I checked in the hotel around 7pm I went to get food and back to my room to relax. The person next door to me on the 6th floor was so loud I had to cut the tv up. The hallway smelled like weed and I decided to check out around 10pm to go stay somewhere else because this was a non smoking hotel but people were smoking anyway

This hotel used to be awesome. Sad to say, it has gone down hill. I witnessed guests in the lobby area with no masks, once it was an large group. People on my floor didn't wear masks when getting ice or drinks. There was no microwave in the room as it was on previous stays. My room didn't get cleaned for 2 night during my 3 night stay. Lastly, I saw a mouse. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Not unless they tear it down and put a new building in its place!
