elevators was broken. Had to use the stairs. Room is on the ninth floor. No room service. Walking into bathroom and tub was filthy. I like the location and housekeeping lady that came and clean up my room was very nice and very helpful hope she received the bouquet of roses I left her.Even though problems was resolved. I still think there should be some type of management follow up..Transportation guy very rude. Ask him w what terminal was he dropping customers at and he plainly said to me rudely can’t you read the signs? I told him that I wasn’t from there and I was just asking a question and he remain to be quiet and not respond. As for a restaurant and bartending restaurant was nice hamburger and fries was great bartender was nice but a little eager to look for tips. He kept asking me if I wanted my money back every time I ordered a drink lol I guess they really don’t receive that many tips. As for the breakfast, it was bland eggs I don’t know if you even can call that eggs and look like some type of powdered processed looking egg. The best thing on the breakfast menu was the bacon. It was cooked to perfection and a yogurt. There’s no need for no one to contact me because I have no desire to stay at this hotel ever again if I do or when I do visit Jersey again whether it’s for business our pleasure I plan to take my business maybe to a more upscale hotel. I do thank management for consistently checking on me and doing follow ups but the $22 fee for parking is crazy.

The room was decent. The location is good. Our key card for the room stopped working several times which they tried to blame on us somehow? Most of the employees at the front desk were very nice but one had an awful attitude. It was a woman with curly hair. The gate to go in and out of the hotel was broken for two days. Sometimes we were stuck outside for 30 minutes at a time before security would finally get to us to let us in. The hotel is definitely old, outdated but my room was clean. I stayed 3 nights alone & I felt safe! I was traveling back & forth to time square which was perfect for me. I was using the free airport shuttle to my advantage & uber/lyft. I ate at the cafe twice & the price was fair for me. Overall the hotel price was nice for me for New Year week & I spent it going to NYC all day so a win-win situation
