I had a very pleasant stay overall. When an issue came up during my visit, the staff addressed it immediately and professionally. They came up to my room, spoke with me directly, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure everything was handled appropriately. I truly appreciated how attentive and responsive they were. Great customer service makes all the difference, and the staff did not disappoint.

Unfortunately, we were greeted by one of the most unwelcoming staff members.I have ever encountered in over thirty years of traveling. Not even a welcome or hello. OvernightWe took a shower and the water never drained in the morning.So we couldn't shower again.The following day, when we left, we got to reception one minute before the allotted time of the shuttle, where we were told by the same unwelcoming staff member that we had missed it.When I questioned why it had left ahead of time, she mumbled that their clock must be ahead of ours.No apology, no offer to help, and when I stood there for a couple of seconds at the desk, she said, we're done here now.And told me I could move away.Never ever have I been spoken to like that in a hotel in my life. Depressing stay which cost almost $250 for a bath that didn't drain & zero customer service. Stay elsewhere if you value your sanity
