The room was clean. However the lack of communication between staff is not ok. Had to wait almost 3 hours for a room after getting off a 2 hr red eye flight

They need to have more choice of decaf tea in the rooms and at breakfast.

Employees are friendly and ready to help on your needs. Location is not that great missed the turns twice.

No one at the front desk when I arrived to check in at around 9pm. I am not sure the room was cleaned up properly from the last person to stay - there was trash in both waste bins, and the bed spread was kind of wrinkled. There were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot - not sure what that was about. When I checked out I was told they would email my receipt, but have not received it 30 hours later.

Mark at the front desk and Jaquetta in the cleaning dept were incredible! We will definitely stay here again.

I was hoping for a suite with two rooms and kitchen and sitting room in the middle it was not. One large overcrowded room for 2 adults and 4 children. Would not recommend for a large group. Also silverware was lacking at the breakfast area. When asked the staff said sorry people must walk off with them and only had plastic to give out. Not very professional.

Aftre many delays in our flight, we get to our room and there was no air conditioning. The only room they had did not accomodate us very well. Very bad experience.

We got in and instead of getting a room with 2 Quinn beds they gave us room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Then the AC was making noise and even though the management was told about this but nothing was done about it. In the morning the breakfast was like a zoo with not enough people serving people. 2 microwaves and only one of the working and the other broken. In the morning when checking out it took the attendant 10 minutes to take care of us. I would not stay there anymore.

Parking was good. But rooms and staff were horrible. Rooms were broken down. Handles were broken, room was dirty. Dont stay here unless looking to save a few bucks. Not worth it. Area bad too. Lots of tolls just to go anywhere.
