The room was fine, but due to permanent long term hotel residences, the vibe was an apartment building and not a Hilton level hotel. So weird.
The room was good, quiet and roomy, and the bed was very good, we slept well. But the building was a mess. The outside was absolutely filthy with wind-blown litter. Doors and lights are out of order. We tried the stairs (for exercise) but there was no lobby exit. It was a weird place. I strongly recommend that regional supervisors give this place some attention.
The front desk were very rude. For every question I had they answered with an attitude. The power went out during the time my family and I had to get ready to leave. They’re were no apologies given. I am a traveler and this experience was extremely upsetting.
Room was dirty. Nothing is wiped down. Can see dust particles on furniture. Bathroom ceiling falling apart.
This hotel does NOT have a refrigerator in all of their rooms so make sure to ask for one ahead of time if you are planning on using one. We were there for a dance competition and most of us being food for the weekend and some of us ended up with spoiled food.
Very nice room with a great view of NYC
Hotel was not walking distance to anything to eat! The hotel Restaurant had a mediocre same menu for the 4days we were there, Starbucks was Not Open on the weekend.
I was pleased to be accommodated with a Manhattan-view room upon request.
Really nice rooms. Only “gripe” would be that there’s no vending machines. But they have a Starbucks inside.
Location was close to highway
Hotel location is a bit isolated. There is nothing near by that is easy to walk to. Hotel itself is a little tired. My room door stuck so you had to use your shoulder to open it. Shower ran from both head and faucet, bath didn't drain. Atmosphere felt like it was day one of Covid. Plexiglass at check in counter which made it very hard to communicate to staff.
The room was too hot even when the air was on..didn’t go past 69
More than expected, very nice
This hotel was very clean and had a great view of NY city. Plenty of room and did not feel cramped. We had a birthday celebration and they gave us plates and forks that we forgot! So hospitable and kind. Great stay.
Location near the American Dream mall met our needs. Grounds not well managed with weeds and bottles all around; however, the inside was clean. Room a little short in length for 2 queen beds, hard to get out on one side of each bed, but fine for the kids. Would stay again.
The room was really nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay
It was a nice hotel just needed a pool great customer service
The covid precautions are amazing it’s very quiet. The Starbucks is a cherry on top.
