Convenient location. Little assistance - car charger had poor instructions; staff unable to assist or direct where to obtain assistance. Booked a cot in advance - arrived 2am and told could not have a cot. No one available at checkout. Housekeeping was very helpful and kind.

I had a city view room. I really loved this. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. The pipes make a lot of noise in the shower.
