Overall, our trip was great! A few things to note: -We did go for a game at Metlife and were originally told by hotel staff that the shuttle was $10 each way per person. It did end up being $10 there and $15 back which we saw some other couples struggling because they did not bring enough cash to the stadium. -The AC in our room did not work. While trying to sleep and getting ready, it did get quite hot and stuffy in our room, at one point reaching 77°. If we were staying more than one night we would have inquired about the AC but since we only stayed for one night we just let it go. Otherwise the hotel was very welcoming and clean. We would stay again.

We were on the 12th floor and by 10am with the AC on the temp in the room was 80 degrees. Beautiful views of the city. Beds were comfortable

Heat and air was not working properly. We made the staff aware of it and never was fixed during our two night stay. Supply of towels in the room was only enough for two people, we had three in our reservation, upon request for additional towels we received none. We also had only half a roll of toilet paper. Staff working at desk during check in were not friendly. Early check in with previous stays was never an issue however, this time I was told by the front desk clerk that we could not check in until 4:00 and never checked to see if there was any availability at the time we arrived. When we left to go upon our return to the room our room keys were not working. This was a very unpleasant experience overall and I will be looking for other hotel options for future stays.

With the thermostat turned off it was extremely hot in the room, tried to run the ac it was a bit loud and didnt cool off the room at all. Another guest asked if it was hot in our room as well, he must’ve had the same issue. I did request a rugless room due to allergies, (as I did see the room pictures that had what looked like a rugless room) but got I think an older room with a rug. I ended up getting with sinus congestion. I only wanted to stay one night but it said 2 night minimum stay. The headboard iwas dingy and gross, all marked up. I went there for a football game, the hotel was conveniently located, staff was pleasant. I would stay again if I had to.

When I first checked in I noticed the placed hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. Dirt and garbage all over the hotel. When we got to our room the A/C was broken and didn’t work for 3 days we were told that it would be fixed and never was. Our room reached 82 each night. The last night the guy at the front told me to ask for a refund because there was nothing he could do.The sheets were stained, one of our bags became missing that had souvenirs in it. When we contacting the front desk it’s like no one could help and no one knew anything from the shift before. The bathtub was clogged and the room was just like dirty. Definitely won’t be staying there again. It’s sad because it could be a really cool place. Customer service is something they need to work on.

The staff was nice. The hotel is a bit outdated and the A/C unit definitely need work but overall it was a decent stay. Very close to the stadium and mall - still had to order an uber instead of relying on the shuttle. I really enjoyed the fact that there was a Starbucks on the property.
