Good location and clean room. Would stay here again

Excellent property if you're attending a game at MetLife Stadium. The free onsite parking and easy-to-access shuttle to the stadium made our experience stress free. James the bartender is amazing! He's so accommodating and friendly.

Nice place to stay, easy parking. Have a Starbucks on site

Consistently clean; great service. Very dependable. Convenient to all areas of NJ

Staff was very accommodating during a very busy weekend. In anticipation of the crowds the hotel should have anticipated higher demand at the restaurant and also shared that with the on sight Starbucks.

Upon check-in, I noticed a foul smell. When asked about it, Guest Services told me that they smelled nothing. Then slid me a notice that the water would be shutting off between said hrs, the next day. Wow! Next, I enter my room for the first time. The carpet was so old, worn and stained, that it made the room look dirty. All of the furniture was very dated. I even noticed a big hole in the upholstered chair that was next to the bed. I couldnt believe that I was in a hilton property. The last straw was my discovery of used or just way old, soiled napkins that i picked up on my attempt to prepare in-room coffee. It was gross. I checked out after 1 night of my 3 night reservation. No one bothered to ask me why. I took pictures of everything but since they didn't care, neither did I. I just wanted to leave ASAP and find another hotel room. I'll only return after a full property remodel.

Was told to lower my music when it wasn’t loud. Room was not how I thought it would be. The positive was late checkout option and easy key drop check out.

Great location for Giants games and practices. Good service and the shuttle to and from the train station is great.

The room was very comfortable and I love the View. The staff was very helpful the restaurant breakfast was really good. Everyone was very helpful in nice the hotel is very very clean I love the view from my room the sunset the sunrise. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable.

The heart healthy omelette is one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had

First checked-in was fine until I and my family got inside the room and found that the toilet did not work (water in toilet bowl slow run circle without flushing or going down), no pressure in toilet at all while flushing. The open/close hot water handle in bathroom sink was broken (assumed that this thing had no repair in a long time) and it was unable to use hot/warm water in sink. There is no air vent inside bathroom when needed. There are couple of tower on rack, during stayed we had to call and asked for more tower all the time because they supplied only 2 for my room (we are group of 4! Each member needs one set of tower but 2 of us did not have one every night!) and they brought for us just one time. Carpet is so dirty and smell so bad. A Chest and TV on it being setup taking so much space at corner as you may accident hit when walk by. There is no restaurant around this hotel. There is no public trans near the hotel. It's terrible to take hotel's shuttle as of too many people stayed there during that time and not having enough room for all of us or others, it happened all the time daily. The shuttle only takes 13 pass per trip while there were hundred of people inline to wait! This hotel is expensive and it costed me a lot of money and I feel that I am not satisfied with recent stayed at this hotel with this paid . First time and ever never come back! I would better stayed in the cheapest or more expensive hotels but better service and feel reliability.

Hotel restaurant ignored us to the point we left with out even being ask fir a drink order, no shuttle to the stadium!?!?! No mini fridge or safe in room! And WiFi was terrible ATM was out of order causing a cab service rude to stadium extra diifficult

Beautiful view of the city! Lots of windows. Comfy bed!

The only good thing about this hotel is the Starbucks inside. The rooms are old, dirty, smelly, and falling apart. The manager must know this & obviously does not care.

The French guy who works at the reception was very rude. Did not like the way he treated us when we checked into the hotel but its alright because the rooms weren't too bad. The hotel is very nice but the pool area was closed. I expect better from Hilton hotel.
