No internet connection in the room, you can’t work
Facility was great but Orbitz FAILED AGAIN AT COMMUNICATING appropriate information which this event with your company. WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
We drove 3 hrs and got to the hotel. They told the people in front of us that they over booked and didn’t have a room and they paid for it back in November. We get to the counter and they asked for our names and the guy walks away. Then a lady asked if we are being helped and I said well a guy asked for our info but didn’t say anything and walked away. She said oh my gosh I’m so sorry! Then she asked for our information and then she walked away lol I thought we were on some candid camera show. The guy comes back 15min later and said pipes busted on we don’t have a room for you. They said but you can go to our other hotel Doubletree and the room will be free. That was great to hear but it was 30min in the opposite direction and we had a concert to be at that we were running late for. So we had to go right to the concert and pay $50 to park instead of $16 for the shuttle at the hotel. I understand there’s issues but when you have a room paid for they should not give your room away
You could actually hear the people in the next room talking. Just as if they were in your room with you. Two of the lamps had broken light bulbs.
The staff was very unpleasant. House keeping especially. The room was unclean. There was mold on the shower curtain. Had to wait an extra hour after check in to get a room. Uncooperative. Unwilling to help. The property itself is nice. They only have 1 charging port for electric cars though.
The good: pillows, bed was comfortable. Starbucks in hotel which is always a plus for me. The bad: no pool, no free breakfast and parking is not FREE! The air conditioner was really loud and room smelled of cigarettes which I did not like at all. No microwave in room either. I booked through orbitz for this place also because when I went into the place they wanted $100 more per room. I said it’s available with orbitz for less so I was told then you should book online.
Completely mediocre hotel. No room service. Restuarant was okay. Front desk was ok. Came for a course that was in the hotel so convenient otherwise nothing is walkable Nothing around. Mall across highway have to take uber
Eva who worked the front desk and checked us in was amazing! The hotel was sold out- it was hectic with the Taylor Swift concert but she was professional, sweet and patient as she helped find us a room that was available.
The room was hot, the bathroom had no working fan so steam from shower stayed in room with no ventilation. Housekeeping was only done 1 day out of a 4 day stay. Only because I ripped the bedsheets off the bed so it could be done.
This hotel needs improvement and modernization. Staff not friendly, lobby have a good design but looks dirty. Bathroom dirty and old.
