I think the hotel is definitely a little dated. I mean check in was easy. I do feel the check in staff was decent. The room was hot ass hell at first and we had to call maintenance as soon as we got there to fix the thermostat. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was amazing. Is it near America dream yes you can see it from your window. I just feel if it wasn’t I don’t know if people would stay here. I give it a 6 out of 10 I tan just to dated for me

First of all, we got what we paid for. That’s ok. What wasn’t ok, the shower in our junior suite didn’t have the shower plug. We couldn’t take a shower. We told the front desk, and the employee said he can switch us to another room. We appreciated that. He also comped the breakfast buffet. Almost every ice machine was broken. Same with the vending machines. We needed towels, asked a maid if she had any. She pawned us off on the front desk, then they pawned us off on someone else. Too many people involved. The air system in the rooms barely put out cold/hot air. The hotel is due for an upgrade. The shuttle service was great. The one restaurant is ok.

Was nice that it was close to Metlife Stadium. Wasnt the cleanest hotel ive been to. Also, you have to pay for parking.

They had limited staff at the front desk. They wouldn’t release any rooms until 4pm. They had about 50 people in line at 4 pm to check in. The hotel was dirty, loud and unorganized. There was a football game the next day, they should have been better prepared. This has been a very bad experience for a lifetime Hilton honors member..

Breakfast voucher was not offer while stay there for 2 days. According to the online website it was including breakfast.. I had spoken to the Hotel staff (David) and the manager at 8am ( a women ) on Monday today . They couldnt issue me a voucher .. The hotel site is a scam for breakfast included..

At 11 pm the rooms are not available to check in. The lobby is full of allowing people. Quite unimpressed.

No internet connection in the room, you can’t work

Facility was great but Orbitz FAILED AGAIN AT COMMUNICATING appropriate information which this event with your company. WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

We drove 3 hrs and got to the hotel. They told the people in front of us that they over booked and didn’t have a room and they paid for it back in November. We get to the counter and they asked for our names and the guy walks away. Then a lady asked if we are being helped and I said well a guy asked for our info but didn’t say anything and walked away. She said oh my gosh I’m so sorry! Then she asked for our information and then she walked away lol I thought we were on some candid camera show. The guy comes back 15min later and said pipes busted on we don’t have a room for you. They said but you can go to our other hotel Doubletree and the room will be free. That was great to hear but it was 30min in the opposite direction and we had a concert to be at that we were running late for. So we had to go right to the concert and pay $50 to park instead of $16 for the shuttle at the hotel. I understand there’s issues but when you have a room paid for they should not give your room away
