Honestly, after cancelled flights this hotel and the front desk staff restored my faith in the hospitality industry. I hope management sees this comment and rewards the staff. Especially the front desk and the shuttle driver. Good job guys.

I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel but was told it would not be available the following morning for a 5am ride back. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and fine. The restaurant/bar was open kind of late and a limited menu but the bartender was nice. All in all, a good experience and a good rate.

The property is old and in need of some rehab. The room furnishings were in poor condition, door on cabinet did not close, furniture chipped, couch was in terrible shape, bed was uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the heat/ac system that was so noisy that it was hard to sleep. The front desk staff was no help with the problem. If I could have changed hotels I would have. Also, very limited availability of fresh coffee to drink. They have a machine but they don't turn it on until 6am, and they turn it off after breakfast. The in room coffee pot was not an option, worst coffee pods I have ever had.
