Great location, welcoming staff- Restaurant was convenient and good food choices. Definitely recommend!

Stay was awesome, hotel was clean, room was clean and the staff was awesome

For a hotel at the airport our room was quiet, we heard no noise from planes. We ate there one evening and were surprised with how good the food was. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Overall we really enjoyed our 2 night stay there.

Very convenient to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel seemed understaffed, from the front desk, to the concierge services to the restaurant. The dining room was understaffed and there was a delay to be seated despite plenty of open tables, due to the fact that there was only one waiter at breakfast time. Room service was okay. Food arrived in plastic containers with no plate--only plastic utensils. Food was decent but appeared to be microwaved instead of freshly prepared. Limited menu. Access to the hotel was easy. There is a 5-minute shuttle ride every 15 minutes. However, there is heavy construction around the hotel so visitors to the hotel may have trouble accessing the hotel's entry. The room was clean with plenty of linens and towels. Good WiFi. Nice shower. Decent coffee pot with good selection. And a very large flat-screen TV with ability to access your Hulu, Netflix, Crackle and Pandora account. Over-all, very good. Just need to work on their restaurant and it's offerings.

Convenient location Restaurant had good food with gracious service

I didn’t have one staff member try and meet my needs. I have a small child and needed help to make sure he doesn’t fall from the bed. I talked to 3 staff members and they gave me the cold shoulder. I waited in line to buy a small bag of chips at the front desk. There were 5 staff members and not one of them asked if they could help! The restaurant/bar staff as well seemed to be quite unfriendly and I had to wait and wait for my server for anything. Very unfriendly for a hotel that charges hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I expected much better treatment and service...I will never stay there again!

Arrived after midnight to a welcoming staff in an impressive lobby. Nice room and very comfy bed at a reasonable price. No “extra fees” at checkout. Note: If you are being picked up by friends, tell them to head for the Newark Airport ABC parking and then follow the Marriott signs to get to the lobby. Our friends were misdirected to the Rental Cars parking by their GPS navigation system and then got lost.

Room way dirty. Staff not very friendly. Restaurant Service was Petty good.

Fast and convenient, I would definitely use again if the price was right.

Fine no problems would stay again. But a little expensive.

I called before I left the airport and spoke to Monica. She was very patient, helpful, welcoming. I forgot the young lady’s name that checked us in. But, I would never forget how she and Monica made us feel. I would have given a perfect 5 if my phone charger I left behind was tuned into lost and found. This will be my hotel of choice when I visit NJ again.

Landed late after an 11 hour flight. Bar was open until 1 am, food was available, and the room was great. Shuttle service was prompt and the driver and all staff extremely courteous.

We flew from Rome and since we were getting in after 10pm, we would not be able to take a train back to CT that night. We booked a room at the Marriott. Our plane was delayed from Rome and we didn’t get through passport control and customs until close to 2 am. We called the hotel and they sent a shuttle right over to get us. We checked in easily and the woman at the desk even gave us a pamphlet explaining how to get to our Amtrak train in the morning. There is a shuttle that goes between the hotel and the airport every 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable; and it was very convenient for an overnight stay at the airport.

Hotel staff outstanding, hotel very busy but not one problem. Had dinner in the hotel, better then expected. Loby clean, transportation to the airport terminals outstanding.

We liked it so much, we’re going to stay there again on our way back home!

late evening international arrival early morning departure home - awesome connection - easy shuttle, great check in, clean room, friendly staff, good food at bar

Fine except for the shower, which was set to spray in my face and over the floor.

The stay at the hotel was great. Getting to the hotel from the airport to 1 1/2 hours by the time all was done. No one at the airport seemed to know how to get us to the shuttle service. They had us taking trains back and forth.

This is a lovely hotel and we got a great price for our overnight stay before a flight out of Newark Airport. They even have streaming internet on their TVs so that you can watch Netflix, Youtube, etc. My one disappointment, and for us it's a big one, is that there was only a nightstand on one side of the king bed. This meant that I had to put my CPAP machine on the floor for the night, next to my glasses, Kindle, hearing aids, and iPhone - all in danger of being stepped on if I forgot where they were and got out of bed during the night. It's a small but important detail.

I've stayed here several times and love the accommodations- the bedding and bed are so comfortable. The room is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. A small peeve was that the table by the L-shaped sitting area didn't raise and lower as it should but I just sat on a few pillows to adjust my height to the table. Room service was prompt and the food pretty good. It's a nice haven before the hectic flight to come. The shuttle was right there when I went down to meet it at 5:30 AM.
