Horrible experience. Selected the "fitness room", which is supposed to come with an exercise bike, only to be placed in a regular room. Tried to call the front desk to inquire, no answer. Had to go all the way back down to the lobby, at which time the front desk agent told me that the "fitness room" meant I had access to the fitness room in the basement. Once i showed him my reservation, he left for a awhile, came back, apologized and said he had no idea this room type was offered. I was moved to the "fotnrds room" only to discover that the bike in the room did not work. Called the front desk, they sent housekeeping who had no clue whatthe issue was and aaid they would call maintenance. Noone from maintenance ever came, so i was forced to go down and use the fitness room in the basement afterall. Housekeeping told me that was the only "fitness room" in the entire hotel. No idea why they even offer this feature/upgrade and should stop...immediately. In addition to that, the walls are paper thin. Woke up to a couple arguing at the top of their lungs, followed by a dog barking for hours. Overall, hotel is clean and modern; however, there were enough drawbacks to where I would not return.

The first room we were assigned to had a king sized bed that had multiple hair strands embedded into the comforter and bedding. It was disgusting, I complained to the front desk to change rooms and they moved me to a downgraded queen bed room and never accommodated me or checked up on me after. The new room I was reassigned to had a dirty curtain, hair on the floor, and no shampoo.
