The TRYP Newark is a short walk from Newark Penn, the main reason we chose this property again this year. We use the PATH available at the train station to access NYC. Hannah's is a nice breakfast place across a parking lot from the hotel. The selection of food is extensive, tasty, and far less expensive than the breakfast buffet at the hotel. The only issue we had this stay was that we couldn't find a working ice machine on our floor or the one below it.

Hotel staff hard to understand. But otherwise very nice. The attached restaurant was nice but they had a private party one night without letting guests know. But the staff there were very pleasant.
