The person behind the desk was Rude the staff was real. They lied to me. The room was dirty no towels after housekeeping leaves if you need more towels just a total disaster.

Front office accused menif stealing towels and a blanket when ON CAMERA, they have my wife placijg our dirty linens in the shopping cart they told me to put it in under the stairs with the rest of the dirty laundry from the hotel. This was after he already gave me back my cash deposit. He then tried charging my credit card 6 times. 150.125.100.75.50.25 each transaction. He then proceeded to tell me he didnt care about rhe cameras and i was in the wrong snd he will continue to charge my card for weeks on end until he gets paid.

room was absolutely disgusting , the room wreaked of stale cigarettes , there were stains on the walls , cigarette holes in the sheets , writing on the walls , the shower curtain was dirty & smelled. the floors was stained. when we asked for a room change the guy at the desk brushed us off & told us it wasn’t his concern. i then asked for a refund he told me i wasn’t getting one. when i called expedia for help they reached out to him & he was dismissive to them as well. i originally booked for 2 days but after seeing the condition of the room i asked for a partial refund , we arrived around 12am so there was no where else to go for the night so i asked if i could pay for one night . long story short i’m never booking here again .
