Absolutely atrocious. This place scams people by requiring a $40 cash deposit once you get there on top of what you already paid online booking with a credit card. I don't carry cash with me, so the Indian guy at the front desk said I'd have to use an ATM which would charge an astronomical fee. It does NOT cost anything for the hotel to put a hold on a card for incidentals. This is the only hotel I've ever been to which has asked for a cash deposit. I did not end up staying and the gentleman refused to allow Orbitz to call him to issue a refund which is possible to do and make an exception. The gentleman was extremely rude and would not provide his name either so I knew who I spoke to.

This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. I could not even stay the next night. This ruined our whole weekend we had no other place to stay. The room was so dirty. The mattress was disgusting. We had no other place to stay so we ended up going to the store buying sheets and sleeping on just those sheets.there was hair and blood in the sink. There was a strong smell of propane, which gave me the worst headache. This company would not give me any clean sheets when I went to the front office to ask he said that housekeeping had them, and he did not have accessibility to them. I do understand when I book the hotel. I booked it based off of the way the pictures looked. I was not familiar with the area whatsoever. When I reached out and asked for a refund for my second day, they denied it saying that it was completely nonrefundable. I honestly feel like if you’re misrepresenting your hotel then it should be refundable. This was a very, very sad weekend with no place to stay at the shore.

I booked there requested new sheets upon arrival because of the dirty and stained bed. When checking for cleanliness you’re more than likely to find burgundy blood spots on your sheets/ bed. One can only wonder how many bed bugs that place has had. The guy at the check in was very cool though. He tried his best with what he was dealing with. Besides that I wouldn’t book here again even for a last minute stay

When we checked in, we had a uhaul truck and they wouldnt let us park it in their parking lot. Then our truck broke down and they complained that we were fixing it in their parking lot. Rude people!!!! We will never stay there again!!

There’s bugs. It cheap and ok if you no choice but I won’t be staying again. All the hotel rooms in this area have routes so you can’t really get away from them, but there was not many roaches. I don’t know what the bug was, but it was not a bedbug either that I texted the mattresses in both of the rooms that I stayed in the first room the microwave Was broken and I turned it on, and I could see inside of it from the side.

Worst experience ever photos

It was awful experience we stayed for two nights first night we came in there's her many toilet paper in there and we needed an extra towel and the gentleman said that housekeeping wasn't available and we had to wait till 9:00 the next morning for a towel then the floors were dirty the furniture was Dusty and they were burned holes in the blankets even for a non-smoking room and then lastly we were bit by bed bugs so it was the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel I do not recommend staying there

TV didn't work, internet didn't work, terrible broken-down mattress, advertised continental breakfast non-existent, filthy carpet, one (bent) wire hanger in closet, tattered lamp shades, hole in wall where tissue dispenser once was, corner of tabletop broken off. Front desk manned only from 3PM to 11PM. Stay away!!
