I did the booking through expedia, and I paid through expedia. I was told the day I checked in they would hold a $100 but they would put then back on my card when i do the check out. Instead of putting the $100 back they put only $50. I called the hotel for an explanation but they couldn’t tell me what the charge was for, even worse they said that they couldn’t see a $50 charge on my card. I had to call the bank to do a charge back.

It was clean , I had reservations for a queen bed , but when we walked in the door it was 2 full side beds. It was an hour after check in as we didn't go straight to our room. But it was clean.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly. However, the hot tub was out of service. I walked past several rooms getting cleaned during checkout and saw they were also out of service. Other than that, everything was good. Very clean.
