Flights Review

Mar 2, 2020

I recently flew United, and the service between United and American is huge. American Airlines has such friendlier and more helpful staff by a huge longshot. I will fly American as much as I can. United was disappointing.

Plane delayed for hours with mechanical issues. They brought in another plane which was great.

An excellent red-eye flight

Americans is my next flight again

Jan 20, 2020

United made accommodations for my disabled brother, which was really nice.

We didn't like having to pay $30 to check a bag. No TV's or Movies or Music. No food except pretzels. We usually fly Delta. They offer these things. Or flight arrived early - that was a plus.

Dec 13, 2019

I'm glad that I took a friend's liking American Airlines to fly American Airlines on my trip. Though I flew coach, my legs weren't cramped up and "basic economy" allowed my purse and a carry on bag.

Dec 10, 2019

AA rerouted our trip to deal w connection issue. Went smoothly

Nov 24, 2019

Need better snacks the ginger cookies taste horrible and the little bag of pretzels was not enough for a 4-5 hour flight (some chips or better choices would have been more comforting) it seems like a very cheap choice to be Ameraica’s Airline and to top it off no TV 😱😳🤔 big disappointment.... jet blue and delta killing the entertainment with updated TVs and interactive games just saying...... something so simple can change someone’s mind to fly with a another carrier
