Very limited leg room in Boeing’s 757 economy plus seat
The staff at LAS is the only reason why I’ve given a positive feedback. A day prior to my flight I received an email stating my daughter who is a minor had a system seating changed from 29 C to 36 D. Spoke to a supervisor name Chris over the phone who was cold and not helpful at all. The day of my flight after begging for a while we were able to seat next to our daughter. This put a cloud on the last day of our vacation. But the staff on board were very accommodating.
Good flight, made great time. Service was very attentive. No issues.
This was one of the best flights. Staff was so helpful and kind. The service at McCarran was incredible. My wheelchair was there almost immediately and the pusher was really good and helpful they security. It was a very good experience all around. Kudos for the improvements.
on Flight 611, from JFK to LAS, (seat 2B), 12/21/2019, we forgot our cell phone in backseat pouch but realized it by the exit gate and we were not allowed to go back to plane. A gate staff (forgot her long name)and flight staff named Jasmine coordinated and found our phone and handed to us by the gate. They were very kind and patiet. Thanks!
The plane was brand new and gorgeous! Flight attendants were very friendly and made the flight very pleasant!
The WiFi wasn’t good

Hoping that the broken screen was repaired for the next person.
