We want to commend Joanna at the Buffalo airport Jet Blue counter.. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got the requested wheelchairs that were not available at the time. Then this excellent ground employee bent over backwards to help my husband find the heart monitor he believed was left in the TSA area. In our 40+ years of worldwide travels, we have never before encountered an employee so friendly, kind and dedicated to her job. Thank you so much for your help, Joanna. All the best to you. We wish you a great future with Jet Blue—and a raise! + have never met someone as dedicated to her

First flight was very comfortable and modern plane. The second flight was less comfortable and an older plane. Staff was excellent in servicing all of my daughters needs as a wheelchair bound customer.
