Excellent one female flight attendant not very friendly or up to par for your stabdards

Sep 29, 2019

I would have liked to receive an email with my flight info 24 hrs in advance. Apple calendars changes the flight info to your current time zone and I almost got to the airport 3 hours early. Had to dig through emails to find correct flight confirmation.

Jan 7, 2019

No place at seat to charge my phone -- EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED about this!!!

Oct 4, 2018

The quality of the tv and sound of the entertainment needs improvement. The seat selection should be improved allowing passengers to be seated together and not separated. It is inconvenient to be a paying passengers and sit separately from the family member I am traveling with.

Apr 14, 2018

Wider seats with lots of leg room. Best economy airline.

Apr 9, 2018

Staff was very friendly and helpful. That is one thing that I found special about this flight

Karen the flight attendant was exceptional! Friendly attentive, a true pleasure. The pilot told us what was happening and to expect a few bumps, so I felt calm and well taken care of.
