The gate attendant @ DFW for the 5:00 flight to LGA was outstanding! She was helpful, personable, and calming when I was traveling with my elderly mother and my daughter. I am sorry I did not get her name, but she appeared to be the only attendant handling the crowd. She should be commended!

I have never had any luck with taking advantage of travel milages. This year alone as a family we must have circled Earth three times but could not cash it in as every trip was on a different carrier or milages only recorded one way (source).
