When the FA congratulate us through pager when our flight landed in New York for our 10th wedding anniversary. That means a lot to us. She did do extra to make the passenger feel extra special. She deserved great review. Thanks DELTA staff

I paid extra for seat selection. All ticket holders should be allowed to select their seats. I’m very claustrophobic and must have an aisle seat. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to ensure I have an aisle seat.
