We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s in a nice, quiet location near the Expo Center and still reasonably close to downtown, which made it very convenient for our trip.
The room was exceptionally clean, and we especially appreciated the hardwood floors instead of carpet—it felt much more hygienic and well maintained. The shower was also very clean, and overall the room felt fresh and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room temperature was easy to control and stayed comfortable throughout our stay.
We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The coffee in the morning was great, and we had breakfast there one day—it was a typical continental setup, but with a nice variety and everything was fresh and good.
The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Parking was easy and convenient, with close access to the building and our room on the second floor. We also felt the property was secure, which we appreciated.
The only downside was the bathroom lighting system, which is sensor-activated. While it works well during the day, at night the lights turn on very brightly and can be disruptive if you need to use the restroom.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again.
