Very nice check in experience! However, trash and cleaning supplies in hallway, coffee area, and in front of rooms was unappealing. Convenient location near freeway and food options. Area felt safe including security in parking area starting at 10pm.

I was very disappointed with my overall stay at Towneplace. The customer service crew were unhelpful and didn’t seem to have knowledge of almost everything I asked about. They were not helpful. They ran out of clean towels and were suppose to bring some to my room when they were ready. That never happened. I had to go ask for towels. They were not ready had to use pool towels. The lock on the door was faulty. The handle on the bedroom closet was torn up. It was very noisy. The air conditioning unit ran constantly regardless of the setting. It was loud, sounded like it was falling apart. It was very hard to sleep due to the noise. In addition, I had to turn the television up really loud to hear it over the air conditioner. This was the worst stay at a Marriott hotel that I have ever experienced. I will never stay there again. I’m very disappointed.
