I liked the staff & the room except the air conditioning was very loud.

The beds are really really hard. The area around the hotel makes me a little nervous. Lots of homeless folks and many approach you and your car.

The standoff went out of its way to be helpful and courteous. Whether the hotel desk the breakfast staff or the room steward. Everything was top notch

Nice super clean remodeled hotel . Super delicious breakfast

We love it. Friendly staff, breakfast, and walkable location. Good price too.

We stayed in a kind suite, when asked if they had another blanket for the pullout couch provided, or pillows, they guy simply, xarelessly stated they didnt have any left. The pool was tiny, and locked early around 8 wen though its supposed to stay open until nine. I paid for a suite, just to find 3 BIG BLACK x's someone had wrote all over the wall, and clearly management did a very poor job trying to clean it up. The check in guy had a careless attitude, making me want to give my money else where. Run down, dirty motel. I'll be sure to tell my friends to never go there.

Parking can be limited if the motel booked to solid. The motel itself is fine, it's the area where you should not be out at night. The Arco gas station can be convenient to get snacks, but I don't recommend going there at night. The design of the room is nice. It has a love seat and desk, whereas most motels only have the desk. The cable TV is only basic, although it did have HBO, but for the most part it was lackluster. The motel staff have no control of the environment outside of the property, but I recommend being vigilant of your surroundings while staying here.

Located close to downtown attractions with easy access to the freeway. Nice, clean, friendly environment. I would stay here again.

Pros: Not sketchy. Utilitarian. Inexpensive. AC worked really well. Mini fridge was surprisingly spacious. Cons: Questionable stains on the couch... but nothing 'recoil in horror' worthy. TV reception was terrible. Other Thoughts: Ideal if you need a place to stay for the evening that is inexpensive but clean/safe. Didn't have an opportunity to check out the complimentary breakfast. Would stay again no problem.

The hotel has decent-sized 'suites' (not actually a divided room, just a room with both a bed and a fold-out couch). Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, nothing to complain about. There is free wifi but it's on the slow side. The free breakfast buffet is decent but not as extensive as that at similar hotels. The location is a bit weird, right along the river near the Richards Blvd exit off of I-5. Within walking distance to a waterfront park and the bike/jogging path that borders the river. About a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town Sacramento, and 30 min walk from downtown.

Hotel checked us in early in the morning as we had just arrived from a long and grueling train journey. They were kind to do so...

My boyfriend n I were out w our friends n it was getting late so I decided instead of driving an hour back home we should just get a hotel room for the night and hang out. My expectations were not high I just wanted to watch tv and hang out w my boyfriend n get some sleep I arrived at 4am to the hotel. We woke up n was out by 1030 cause check out is 11am n they charge $25 an hour if your late checking out next thing I knew I saw $200 being pulled from my account from this hotel. I went in there thinking it was a mistake but no they said it smelt like smoke in there n they had to shut the room down for 10 days n I was going to be charged he told me to just close my bank account cause he is not stopping the transaction he ran my bank account dry. I told him my boyfriend n I don't even smoke u can smell our clothes n look threw Our things we have never smoked I was being completely honest w him n stated to get upset n cry cause now I was being charged $300 for a room I spent 6 hours in that the sheets were dirty, they wouldn't change our room to a new room, it smelt funny before we got in there, n I told him anywhere but the first floor n he gave me the first floor by the exit where people smoke. Most people would say let me take that off your right I don't smell smoke on you, ypot door is by an exit n don't see anything in your purse I don't even own a liter n take off the $200 cleaning fee but this guy wouldn't do that. I asked to see his hotel policy rules n he said he was the manager n that's his rules he couldn't even show me on paper where it said that. I am a navy veteran I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life n this was the WORST experience ever. Stay away from this hotel unless necessary red roof is $40 n way clean n better customer service then this if not red roof the Hilton they are always sweet n accommodating n don't charger u unnecessary fees.
