Great
Old and obsolete. No mini refrigerator nor microwave. Not family friendly. TV looks over a decade old. Hotel rooms looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. Location is convenient, but driving through downtown rush hour seems more bearable than staying at this hotel for the night. Spend a little extra and stay at the other better hotels in the area.
Train overdue by 4.5 hours and arrived late at 4:15 am. Still able to check in and use room. Grateful!
Check in was super easy, the staff incredibly friendly. Our room was very clean. Although slightly dated, very clean. Old town Sacramento, eateries, and shopping all walkable. Uber service very good. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again. Thank you for a great stay
The property was clean and the staff very friendly. I also loved how close it was to Old Sacramento and the walking distance to the capital.
Several of the exterior entrance doors were not functioning. Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and nice to have garage parking option.
No real complaints about the hotel. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. However, behind the hotel is an open public area, like a promenade lined with mall stores. In this area was a man with a mic and an amp and the determination to rap for hours. He was already at it when we checked in around 6pm and didn't stop until 10:30pm. On the 5th floor we could still hear him. Nothing the hotel could do because he was not on their property. A real bummer.
It was in the middle of downtown. I never had a problem to find something to do. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The gift shop in the lobby was a life saver for me.
Walking distance to amazing mall and old Sacramento
Clean
Car was broken into in the parking lot, placed seemed old needs a remodel
Standard Holiday Inn next to the Sacramento Kings coliseum
Like: good location, close to mall and old sac.walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Didn’t like: expensive parking fee ($30 per day), rooms not spacious, homeless people hanging around entry ways. No vent in bathroom,
The staff was very nice. But the room had nothing but a Keurig very few coffee cups, and no linens for the pull out couch. No fridge, no microwave, no view. The mattress felt old. A paltry bit of amenities for the $225 price tag, then charged me $30 to park.
Great area and location
Cleanliness and staff was very attentive to needs
