Excellent location!! Parking garage is super close. Able to bring our Golden Retriever, though pet fee is high ($75/night)

Proximity to most of the attractions. Old Town Sacramento a very short stroll away. Mall also close by.

Always a wonderful stay. The staff was super helpful, and food was great!

K Street Mall and Old Sacramento just steps outside the door. Clean modern hotel. Helpful staff.

Friendly, convenient to my event, nice bar and staff. Dislike... Price!

Things I liked: -Window can be perched open to allow for air coming inside room (but it feels a little scary propping it open—like it's going to fall out). -Bed was big and comfortable (blankets less comfortable, bring your own). -Bathtub was nice/deep (but it did have a ledge that you can't lean back on easily) -Room was spacious. Things I didn't like: -The A/C isn't very good and the down button was not working well. Had to rely on fan and window air. -Parking is a bit tricky due to location, so I had to pay additional $20 a night for parking. -Carpet feels gross to step on (but this one might just be me so it doesn't factor into rating). -Could not close curtains all the way (this really bothered me, I like my privacy). -I got these text-messages from a person named Alexa about the room I was staying in and it made me feel uncomfortable. -Lastly, one of the elevators didn't open as we got to the ground floor. Had to open it with the button—which is fine, but it scared us a minute. For the money spent, I was a bit disappointed. I could've had a more enjoyable stay at an inn I know well.

This place is nicely located but seems old and tired. Hallway carpets are lifting up, my bathroom was old and the faucet leaked. Even though I stayed for two days on the Executive floor but my room was not made up at anytime during my stay.

Great friendly staff. I had an excellent dinner too

Location fit our needs perfectly. They also accommodated our need for early check in for two rooms without a problem. Excellent staff..

Will be back! Have stayed before and have really enjoyed it both times!
