Was able to watch fireworks from the room. Nice happy hour and great breakfast!9
Only minus was a somewhat noisy AC system when it cycled on. Otherwise all was done well and the staff was outstanding.
Getting a free drink and a nice free omelet and not breakfast was nice. Room was nice. Customer service was great. Only criticism was carpets in public areas buckling but i think they were repairing that and yes dust outsides of elevators and windows but they apologized for that. Overall very nice
My husband and I were very happy with our stay. Location is so convenient, highly recommend it
Embassy Suites is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch. The hotel is being remodeled when we were staying here. Once it is complteted, the hotel will look really nice.
A bit of an older property, everything was pretty clean though. Very loud construction going on inside the public areas which could be heard in our room. The $24 self parking is NOT on site as advertised but rather across the street, in a park at your risk public lot, with no in and out. Also, none of the construction crew (while walking about the property) and very few of the guests were wearing masks during a time that I believe it was mandated.
beautiful area and very nice facility
The bathtub had not been cleaned properly. There was black smeared and just sitting on top of the plug.
Despite the written policy of masking of guests and staff in public areas, there was no signage or enforcement of this policy. Staff were generally wearing masks; guests were not. Airline, military personnel were abound and no masks!
indoor swimming pool.. the reason why we stayed for 2 nights so our grandkids can swim. hot breakfast....inspite of covid restrictions we enjoyed the place. VERY FRIENDLY WELCOMING STAFF ...
windows were dirty.
First off this is not the room I reserved for it was 1 king bed the stafff was very rude no ticket for my car no one helped me with my bags I put my own bags and cart and took to my room no one picked up phone for front desk or room service called all night was told free breakfast never received anything my room was dirty not cleaned we had a one year old baby traveling with us and this was a horrible experience
Hotel was clean, modern, and everything I’d expect from an Embassy Suites. It’s in a perfect location to check out Old Town Sacramento and the downtown/Capitol area in general.
Too bad the pool was closed because of Coronavirus.

Thanks for your feedback. Work is in progress to fix the carpet issue.
