Their system was out, no calls to inform us and we drove over 5 hours to get there. But their check in noticed and check out notices worked. They didn't provide any of the services that were booked with the Presidential Suite, and and no services b were provided. No communication from hotel and they offered nothing to make it "right" or to make us feel welcomed. Called down for two blankets and they forgot and the second call they finally delivered. Called and asked for wine glasses they said no the bar was closed. Staff didn't care and they said I could talk with the manager next week. No customer service or any type of consideration was offered even ween asked and I had to park in from of the hotel since they had no other suggestions. The hotel was offered as the "best" in the area and we experienced nothing to support this claim. I never write poor reviews but this is my first and it is well deserved. I provided my cell number and my email and asked that a manager contact me and as of today no calls or emails. Leadership is from the top and so is customer service and support stem from the top down and this is very disappointing. they simply don't cal and no apology was offered.

Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront - EXCELLENT

We are so very pleased with Embassy suites in general. The Sacramento Riverfront has treated us like royalty each time we stay there. The personnel have all been very attentive, and personable. This is a friendly place to stay and we recommend it highly. It has become our Sacramento destination when we visit family there.

Great location and walking distance to Old Town Sacramento. The staff was helpful and nice. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I will be staying here again for sure.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent! Only complaint was we had a city view on 8th floor and the noise from the freeway was a little much.
