This property is right up against the freeway and not a clean or desirable neighborhood. The gas station/convenience store across the street locks its doors at 8 pm to keep out the druggies and the homeless who hang out around the area. Too bad, because the rooms are clean and nice. But the location is terrible.
We rented 2 room and the 2nd room my son was bit by bed bugs. He has bite marks. I would appreciate a refund for his room#118. I have photos. Took him to the doctor who prescribed cream for the bites. I would greatly appreciate a refund for that room. Thank you in advance for your courteous reply. Ivette Espinosa

The room smelled really bad. The floor had water damage and worst of all we woke up to cockroaches.
Everything was wrong
THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, THE CARPET WAS ALL STAINED, THE BOX SPRINGS WERE STAINED AND HAD FOOD FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS ON THEM. THE STREEN DOOR WAS COMPLETLEY RIPPED OPEN, THE TV KEPT GLITCHING SO EVERY FEW MINUTES WE COULDNT' WATCH ANYTHING, THIS HAPPENED ALL NIGHT. THE SERVICE IN THE MORING AT CHECKOUT WAS NOT TRAINED CORRECTLY, DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PRINT THE RECITPTS I NEEDED AND AND WAS INCONSISTANT ABOUT WHEN LATE CHECK OUT WAS. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO GENERAL MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.
Sketchyyyy! Skid row out front, thought my car was going to get broken into. Room was gross and I had a hooker knock on my door looking for a boyfriend. Left at 4am just to get the heck out of there
We didnt stay, as it was creepy, from the sci fi geek who was checking us in, the security guard that was sleeping to the few people wandering outside the property and soneone living out of their car. The property is gated but the gates were open. Now it see why this property doesnt allow refunds. We found another, nicer Best Western in Davis, CA.
The check in process was fine and easy. The room itself was fine as well, for just being a place to sleep. Clean and AC worked which was important during our visit in late June. But the location and surrounding environment was not great. My girlfriend said she didn’t feel safe and neither did I. There was a police presence when we checked in searching for something/someone on the property. There was also two security officers at the checkin space implying that it was necessary at the facility. There was quite a few homeless encampments in the back of the property and right outside the hotel were a lot of broken down RVs and camper vans. When walking around the property when we checked in around midnight and then the following morning, the guests definitely didn’t look like a vacation crowd. It definitely looked like down and out locals and I even wonder if the hotel was paid by the city to house low income/homeless population. I don’t want to fault the owners of the hotel, again, our stay was just fine from a room perspective but it definitely felt very seedy and unsafe. If you are traveling with children, I strongly do not recommend this property. Sorry, property owners, just being honest. -June 2021
What a dump. Stayed in the 2nd floor but could not hold the handrail it was so disgusting. Need to take a firehouse and clear the entire property. Couldn’t get out fast enough. Rough neighborhood. Felt VERY unsafe. Disturbing really. Never again.
Good place to stay with family. Close to visit sites.
Staff was nice but my tv didn’t change channels, stuck on one channel, both locks broken on the door and most of property is covered in trash. Other than that the rooms are nice and clean and the night clerk was really nice too.
Rooms look clean however property itself is dirty sidewalks covered in cigarette bitts and dirty. Checked out after 15 min location of hotel(motel) not the nicest
Dirty patio, covered in gum, rude staff, homeless tent pitched 10 feet from my door, staff ripped me off for 20 extra bucks cash when i extended my stay through Orbitz, but rooom itself was nice, and decently priced for the upgrade i paid for, however upsetting that the staff demanded an additional 20 cash to keep my room which id already paid for online
For the price the rooms are nice,clean and comfortable.This was my third time staying there on my travels.The parking is gated but still shady people still walking around area.No probloms
