Air conditioning in gym did not work. No free wifi in this digital age is ridiculous. Watered down coffee. Room clean, comfortable bed, and good TV channel selection. Nice pool and close to airport. Courteous staff.

Staff is not qualified to be at the forefront of such a facility, especially for a hotel close to the airport. Customer service is non existent. I was charged for breakfast (to pay for my two little girls) when it was clearly indicated that is is included in the price. I did not appreciate that. When I talked to them, Fatima at the front desk they said "Sorry this is the hotel's policy. If you have any concern, you need to contact the website where you booked your reservation, we cannot help you".

The only complaint I have is there are very few options in the restaurant. Although the staff was wonderful and made it all worth it!

The was confused and seemed inexperienced. The card key they gave me to my reserved room was occupied and I scared the occupant. This was a hassle. The next room I got was OK but there carpet is worn, There was no TV or wifi There was no offer whatsoever for a discount for poor service No fridge or microwave I won't stay again.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, but the neighbors next to me were singing and playing music until 3 in the morning. Definitely didn't allow me to sleep. Aside from having loud neighbors, I would recommend this hotel.

Decent but too pricey!!! The room cost more than my plane ticket across the country!!!

The room was very big and clean, but there were clearly cigarette burns on the carpet. The restaurant/ room service menu was very disappointing. They also make guests sign an agreement to pay $200 with immediate evictions for noise violations, but when I pulled into the parking lot there was a private party going on that was so loud it sounded like a night club from two blocks away. It also looked like there might have been hookers in the downstairs lounge area (no doubt part of the private party).

Reserved an accessible room. Room was large with good access EXCEPT the tub/shower had NO handicapped capability. The tub/shower was a conventional step over type. There was no shower seat in room or available on premises.

Staff was nice enough, however the room was not nice at all. The bed had a large hump in the middle, and both my wife and I felt like we were going to roll out of bed onto the floor. There was an area around two feet wide next to the AC unit where the carpet was wet from the unit dripping water. The walls were very thin, and we could hear the guests next door while we were trying to get some sleep before a 4am airport shuttle. All of this made for an experience that was less than pleasant. Frankly, I expected better based on the reviews.

Nice hotel close to airport. Shuttle driver on time are extremely helpful.

The positive- we had ground floor rooms. The negative- one was directly behind the bar/kitchen. Room one, the TV kept quitting, until it was replaced. Room one, excessive noise from bar was heard until early morning hours. No shaving mirrors in bathrooms. Had a burnt out light in the bathroom. I had requested ajoining rooms weeks ahead, were not given them.

- My TV did not work - My bed comforter had burn holes in it - The staff was pleasant enough - No refrigerators in rooms (unless you pay $100 more for a suite) - Ample free parking - 24/7 Gym - Breakfast & Dinner offered for a price - Pool & Hot Tub available until 10pm

Convenient, perfectly adequate hotel. Pool is nice on hot night. A little far from amenities, but not bad.

Good, basic hotel for a one night stay. Just needed somewhere near the airport with a free shuttle. However, it was kind of noisy, a little dirtier than I expected and it is not near anything. If you happen to stay here and you have no transportation you will need a cab to get to any real restaurant or you will be stuck with room service which is very limited. Overall, a decent place to stay for one night and needing to be close to the airport.

Double beds are smaller than I'm accustomed to. Showers are nice with useful amenities for shampoo and soap. Pool is very pleasant.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The front desk personnel needed a little lesson in hospitality though.

Do not order room service whatever you do! Ordered a BLTC and Panini both with fries. Both sandwiches and fries arrived soggy and with zero requested sauces, not even ketchup. The "garlic fries" simply have garlic powder on them. The panini advertised grilled veggies, but the tiny amount of vegetables inside were still cold and raw and the sandwich was not actually grilled, just soggy. Both were advertised as $12 each, however that did not include tax, or mention the delivery charge bringing the total to $37. The pool was tiny and over crowded with lots of children, some under the age of four. Not at all as pictured online. The first room we checked into was not actually cleaned with dog hair in the sheets, and ten or so different personal items left scattered throughout the room from the previous occupant. The front desk girls were nice, apologizing and brought up keys to the new room quickly. The airport shuttle was nice and driver friendly. That was part of the incentive to book the $125 room after taxes and fees. Overall I'd never stay here again for this price.

Easy to get into my room and easy checkout....nice experience

I stayed at this hotel because I had a very early flight to catch & it was close to the airport. The room was very clean and when I got into the bed I sighed because it was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay here at your hotel was nice even if it was just for one night. Was relaxing and comfortable. Thank you.
