The hotel was walking distance to the concert venue which was the reason for the visit, and had multiple bars and restaurants within the area, also walking distance. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar in the lobby, and was very nice looking, though I did not dine there. Nice room, friendly staff, and the surrounding area was nice.
Location was refectory for concert as we could walk
Clean and close to convention center. We were near the elevator and could hear people when they walked by. Could also hear neighbor snoring.

The beds were too soft for me , but I slept fine. Yes, theres homeless people all around downtown Sacramento, but its the gang violence thats the problem not the homeless. We happened to be there during that mass shooting last week as the hotel is located a few blocks away from it. This hotel is 26 stories tall and we were safely away from it. The city view from our floor was fantastic!!!! The valet parking is definitely the way to go! You can text them when you need your car, just give them 15 mins and it will be be downstairs for you. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend 👌

Housekeeping was lacking - dirty bath faucets, bath diverter not working, mess on the walls, no parking underground, no room service but able to get food delivered by door dash. Ok but definitely not grand.
Property needs ro be updated
The parking garage is multie entry if you tell the tell the hotel your in their garage, for $25 a day. Short staffing and bar closes at 10pm or 9 pm
