Location is great to Sacramento Convention Center for conferences. It is literally across the street. I had the breakfast buffet was great-- large selection of cold and warm items and the taste was great. The package I reserved inclided the breakfast buffet, but when I check-in I was not given any instructions about it. I reminded the person checking me in and he went to the back office to retrieve the voucher. Usually the check-in staff is friendly and welcoming, but the person I had was very quiet. I did appreciate the speedy check-in. The room was large, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The only down side were large cracks in the ceiling. I was very happy to see recycling cans and Starbucks coffee for in-room coffee maker. Loved the pattern on the curtain and behind it was a great reading seat/lounge area.

Broken television - quality of the room not in line with price.

Decent hotel that was in the heart of downtown. Great location however my room left a lot to be desired. Some of the walling was peeling off and I had the traditional from with a view, and apparently they forgot the view portion. Other then that the room was clean and was acceptable. The issue began when I attempted to retrieve my vehicle from valet( which I paid a premium for $30 plus a night). Checked out and went to get my vehicle and I was told that the wait to get my vehicle was 30 minutes. I informed the staff that i was in a rush and had to get to work. Suggested if I could get my keys and retrieve my vehicle on my own. I was denied and forced to wait an obscene amount of time and charged a premium for that service. My buddy who was also at the hotel who had self parking, was able to retrieve his vehi

Staff was incredible!!!! That set the stage for everyone else. The room was clean and spacious. We stopped for a cocktail before dinner, again bartender was sweet and attentive, I highly recommend the pina colada martini, it was delicious. Overall very nice stay.

Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants! Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean! This is now my go to place when staying in Sacramento! Close to the airport! Only down side was they put us in the room next to the pool and people kept us up all night.

Knew I'd be too drunk to drive, and was way too far to uber, so I stayed here. Room was clean, shower/restroom was great for getting ready, and I woke up there so I was apparently able to get back without a problem. Can't ask for more.

Decided to upgrade to Starwood Club member for a weekend and it was a 'treat'. If you can splurge, go for it. Lots of great amenities! 24 hour club access to breakfast and appetizers and very polite staff. Large clean rooms and modern bathrooms with all lotions, notions, etc. Pool is small, but fitness room is large. Only negative is no Spa, could have used a massage. Huge conventions both days too, but they can't control that.

Parking is very inconvenient because parking garage is across the street, otherwise, the hotel location is within walking distance to the nice restaurants.

Expensive versus value. Excellent professional staff however restaurant understaffed for breakfast.

Modern, clean hotel in a convenient location- right across the street from the convention center, and easy walk to the capitol. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to bars, nightclubs, and golden one center. Has a really nice bar. Cozy restaurant with intimate settings.

Beautiful hotel w/ lovely amenities, hotel staff were very friendly and courteous, very clean and presentable.

The staff was professional and attentive. The room was clean and well organized. The hotel location was near a beautiful park and the Capital Building. If you would like a mini fridge in the room, make sure to call them before your stay.

Close to convention center easy walking parking not too difficult. Nice place. Good staff. No coffee in lobby :(.

I want to come again. I loved the hotel and room I got. My room was so clean. The view amazing. However, the bed could have been more comfortable for my back, pillows somewhat stiff. The ice was good, getting in the workout/pool was easy.

Hotel personnel are pleasant and hospitable. The room has a spacious layout, and the cuisine was quite tasty!

Love Sheraton Hotel I do wish they're hotel beds were bigger. My husband is 6'4" & a full size bed is small for him.

Old and tired hotel in need of a makeover Dirty bar area Slow to make up rooms Odd check in process

Very easy check-in and check-out. Also, much facility in storing items past check-out time.

This was our first stay in Sacramento. we only had 24 Hours so wanted to make the best of it. Chose the Sheraton grand based on location in Downtown and cost/reviews. Glad we did. Staff was very helpful, we were able to check in early. Where the bar is located is nice and open. Lots of Christmas trees and felt very festive. Bartenders were friendly and helpful with food recommendations. We were able to walk to the Capitol, just a few blocks down. I think the only disappointment with downtown was the lack of people/ stores/ restaurants. We are used to downtown San Diego where there is a ton to do and people everywhere. I'm sure there were parts of downtown that were a little more busy but not right where we stayed. We took $3-$4 ubers everywhere. Definitely check out old town Sacramento if you have the time!
