I booked the room for three people but found only two water glasses and two coffee cups. We stayed at Westin only one night, didn’t have coffee in the morning so it wasn’t a big deal, but still, it’s Westin. We expected it to be a perfect experience. Also the noise, it didn’t bother us during the evening hours but night time we had sleep disturbances from the constant noise coming from the ceiling or roof. I did ask cleaning personnel what causing the noise, she advised me to ask the front desk. On our checkout I asked the front desk lady and she also couldn’t figure it out what kind of noise it was and where it was coming from. We had riverfront room on the third floor.

Everything was amazing. We booked the presidential suite for my 50th birthday. The manager had complimentary champagne in the room waiting for us when we arrived. The room was amazing and clean. Service was great as always. We loved our stay here.

The hotel overall was great! Staff super friendly and helpful and THEY HAVE VALETS! Who help with bags!! The bathtubs are Extraordinary!! The only blight to the visit was the robe that was hung up in bathroom had fecal material on it as if someone had used it and hotel staff had left it hung up without checking it. Definitely a heath code violation……..

The bed cover was dirty. The staff was nice and welcoming. The valet, upon us departing, did not place our luggage in the trunk. We had to do it ourselves. Not fun for a disabled 68 year old woman.

Outdoor furniture needs to be painted. Privacy on the balcony is an issue.
