The hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. The room was well maintained. We did have some issues with housekeeping this past visit and the spa timer was not working but we’d go back and stay.

We always try to stay at a Westin because we trust the high standards and quality of their rooms, facilities and service. This Location and staff were top notch. Check in was delightful. Nice restaurant and bar right there, so a lot of convenience. But the fees and $52/night for (required) valet parking really add up. It's not exactly New York City, but the bill felt like it. Maybe I just haven't done enough travel recently and am out of touch. Staff were great, and a wedding and the restaurant/bar were shut down as promised so as not to be a disturbance for folks trying to go to bed at 10 PM.
