Amazing restaurant just across the lobby. Very tasty food, nice cold libations and a very friendly staff. Downside, if you're not paying for parking, the public lot is a bit of a walk. Otherwise, I will stay here again and again. Thank you!

The hotel is nice. But my room was terrible. It is for disable person with a walking-in-shower that allowed water flowing over the entire bathroom!! A partial refund is due to me!!

This hotel is about 4 miles southwest of the center of the city, but getting downtown is an easy drive on the freeway or surface streets -- even at rush hour. The property is lovely, nestled on a pretty riverbank. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for a business stay, or a pleasure trip. Cons were relatively minor: (1) guest parking is unusually far from the hotel, but they mitigate this by having a golf cart on duty to give you rides; (2) first floor rooms on the parking lot side have a grim view -- get an upper floor; (3) fitness center is really weak, no pull up bar or any machines that allow any kind of pulling exercise; (4) the rooms have a vaguely antiseptic smell, kind of like a nursing home. I got used to it. (5) they charge you 10 bucks for wi fi. Annoying, when lesser chains throw it in free.
I've enjoy my stay at the Westin for the first time.Great atmosphere and a good view of the river. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is located in a neighborhood on the river and I highly recommend the river view rooms. The valets/doormen are very gracious as are the front desk workers. My son really enjoyed the fitness room, pool, and sauna. On my next visit I will have to give the spa a try. The Heavenly Bed system is why I always stay at Westin or W hotels, and this one did not disappoint. It's a quaint hotel with a terrific restaurant.
