Shower broke took two hours for someone to come and act like he was fixing it. Broke the next use called day I was leaving at 7:00 am no one came we checked out at 8:30 to catch a train was offered free points or breakfast neither was ideal.

Hotel was charming but room was small (closet was large and roomy). Area around the hotel was not as nice as we would have expected given the amenities of the hotel itself. Parking fee was high but attendants were very friendly and helpful. Good but limited dining options in the immediate area.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My wife and I ordered room service and the food was pretty good, but there wasn't really anywhere to eat. It would have been nice to have a coffee table to put the food on while we sat on the couch. Brunch at Grange was fantastic. Area around the hotel is not the nicest, but found a good coffee shop (Temple Roasters) nearby.
