It was quiet and the bedding was good

I liked the park next door to the property. I liked the unique room setup. I did not like that when I called about early check in I was quoted a $25 fee, but when I got there I was told it was $50.

The bed was very comfortable. A good nights sleep is very important to me before a day of travel.

Clean rooms, restaurant and bar on site and very friendly and accommodating staff!

Hotel parking very limited. No parking around hotel. Advised by hotel staff to parking illigally. At lobby a costumer complaining about room not cleaned. When I get to my room, towels were on the floor, food on the table and bed unmade. Rooms are not being cleaned and staff still assigning rooms to costumer. Tried to get my refund hotel staff refusing. Horrible experience stay away

Close to airport and highways for easy access. Lots of family restaurants nearby. The room was not very clean. Maybe due to short staffing. Did not receive requested wake up call. Was not on the list for airport shuttle.

Every employee was terrific - from 3 front desk people , maids, the cook Jen. The disappointing part was you need to upgrade the restaurant to be a restaurant with a decent menu. Also you should have a shuttle service whenever needed you customers. I have never had difficulty getting to an “airport” hotel when our flight was delayed. We had to pay $35 to get to the hotel at midnight. They would not send out the shuttle after just picking up crew members. On our return they allowed us to ride with crew members at 5am.

Very clean and modern! The staff were the best - AJ, Michael and Jose took excellent care of us!!!
