I appreciated how clean the room was. The gal at the front desk was pleasant. My only complaint is I paid for a queen bed and got a full size bed and I was unable to log on to the wifi.

Love Motel 6 please help

Staff in Central Sacramento on Jul 25 have been influencing a movement in this facility to deny me a reservation L4WE97ELT5(new one after paying) after a ongoing attempt to continue harassing that has lead to them denying me the above reservation. I hope the CEO of Motel6 help with this. Please see the camera footage of my stay. I love your facility and want to stay

Awful Customer Service

At first glance, the hotel seemed clean and the staff were friendly enough. The first night I found a bug crawling in the mattress, which I was afraid were bedbugs. When I called the front desk to come take a look at it, it felt like they were dismissive and simply told me they could come take a look at it the next day. I did a simple check around the mattress to make sure I could see no more bugs and found one more that I sent a picture of to the staff, with no response. Although I felt uneasy, I managed to fall asleep hoping I could be reassured the next day that there was no bedbugs and maybe what I found was something else. The next day when I came back to the hotel after my conference, I inquired about whether they had checked the bed and they gave me a runaround and I had to keep asking if they were sending someone in. After about an hour, someone finally came in but said they couldn't check anything because I was still in the room (although none of my stuff was on the bed) and the only solution they gave me was to check out and then they could check the room. Although I did get reimbursed for my stay, I felt that the customer service I received was awful and there should have been clear communications and expectations. I do not know if there were bedbugs, but ultimately the service I received was not up to par and I felt dismissed and blindsided.

Wrong size bed

Paid for queen bed, room was only a full bed. Was told they “would let them know” as room was supposed to have queen bed. Informed desk person the reason I reserved queen bed is because my son is 6’7” and needs a queen size so he isn’t hanging off the foot of the bed. Never did get a queen bed even though I paid for one.

Needs to offer service...

This was the only Motel 6 I was still willing to stay at but I guess this now goes off the list. They have remodeled and the bathrooms are much larger and nicer - but it makes the room so tiny that if you have 2 beds they are only about 6 inches apart from each other. Also they no long provide ANY service if you stay multiple days - so had to go to the front and ask for towels and toilet paper. By the time I left the trash was overflowing and I had a large stack of multi-day old wet towels on the floor of the bathroom.

Tv almost always has issues. No signal weak connection it states. And they shower hot and cold do not engage properly in some units and I have had and had to take a LUKE WARM SHOWER AGAIN this morning. Plus housekeeping NEVER MAKES UP THE ROOM DAILY, UNLESS YOU ASK?

Well for one the manger lady was not so great rude liar in just not right at all but it like tht. Never would I even think bout stayin there again never.but I can say this the rooms r nice just the ppl whom work there needs to be dismissed. Don't know how to come at there guest n think they have all the rights in the world to treat anyone how they want to ab tht not cool specially if they have done nothing wrong from the gate.

Almost every time I have stayed at this property in 2024, the staff has been nice and tried to be helpful. However, the microwaves were dirty, ac didn't blow cold in some rooms, and recently yesterday I had no hot water AGAIN in room 217 after maintenance fixed it the last time I stayed in that room. i was moved to room 225 and the water was luke warm and adjusted to the furthest setting on hot. the manager and some staffs first responses are ALWAYS do you want a refund so you can leave or go elsewhere. I think they ALL need to remember the reason they are in business is due to the customers that stay at their facility NO MATTER who they are. Homeless, working class, etc. Again, every time I have stayed I have had to move rooms because of some issue. On top of that the listings for them on the booking sites state daily housekeeping yet I have to ALWAYS ask to have my room made up, and go down for fresh towels daily and toilet paper.
