It was a normal Hilton. COVID prevented kitchen from serving. Not Hilton’s fault. I have almost two million honors points. I’m loyal

I liked the security on the property but, I did not like the sign in the bathroom indicating what was provided by the hotel for cleaning purposes. I have never seen a sign displayed. I felt that was not necessary. Otherwise all your staff was great. Very Friendly Sincerely, Wesley Smith, CPA

Breakfast is not free! This is expected from any decent hotel

When you walk into the lobby you are wowed by the decore and the super nice staff. There is a little mini mart area for snacks late at night. The breakfast was amazing especially the breakfast omelette counter. Our room was larger than expected, very comfortable and easy on the eyes. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all, and I’m not very difficult to please when it comes to beds. I slept maybe four hours because it was so uncomfortable – – so my only suggestion would be to get rid of older beds or put pillow toppers on them if you’re not going to replace them. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and it was two exits away from downtown Sacramento.

Hotel was nice. There happened to be a soccer tournament in Sacramento the same weekend we stayed here so it was pretty noisy (not the hotel's fault). Plenty of parking, spots are small though. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. Pillows are extremely comfortable. Wish they offered free breakfast.

I had been driving for 14 hrs straight and got this hotel last minute. Orbitz messed up my reservations but the staff seeing how exhausted and frustrating I was , went above and beyond to fix the situation.

Old and dirty carpet. Beddings not so great for a Hilton quality.

The hotel is in good location, very new and clean. The lobby smells really good. There are plenty of nice area to sit in the lobby. The room has fridge and microwave, very nice. The staff are very helpful. Overall A+!

This hotel is clean, nicely maintained, and in a great location. It's close to downtown and other attractions in Sacramento. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We selected this hotel because it is conveniently located off of I-5. Rooms were clean and appeared to be recently renovated.

Check in and check out is easy. Nice fitness equipment. Pool was cloudy.
