Great get away and so relaxing! The hotel was very clean and had Covid safeguards in place. It was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio while feeling safe distances from other guests. Just one restaurant was open and no room service which is pretty understandable. Our family really enjoyed the weekend!

The parking fees are ridiculous - especially when parking isn't convenient and the elevators don't work.

Excellent, friendly customer service. Everyone from the front desk to the room service attendants were accommodating and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sac.

Paid $279/night and was placed on the 3rd floor overlooking a construction sight. I can over look this but we were also on a floor with a bunch of younger kids in a theater group that were loud. On top of that we were woken up at 8:00AM to construction...on a SUNDAY. In my opinion, we should have been made aware or given some type of a food credit for the annoyance. In advance. There was zero warning from the staff, not to mention, how on EARTH are you getting almost $300/night for these conditions. It’s absurd and I will not be back...and I will tell everyone I know.

The Location and amenities made this property worth the stay

Good location and convenient to get to local shops/restaurants/bars. Good price

I didn't like the bathtub, it looked pretty bad, I didn't like that unit didn't have a microwave. Overall it was good.

Great people,Hotel is 30 plus years old ,the air conditioning is heard

It is in a great central location to the old downtown and new. plenty of things to do. Very clean. Beds are small queens but comfy! But they didn't tell me they were charging me $20.00 per day for parking. I was shocked and taken back when i got the $60.00 parking fee at check out.

Renovated rooms are very nice, great toiletries in bathroom. Comfortable hotel, I would gladly stay here again.

Was there 30 years ago, and back today, as expected still perfect

Check in was great and the young lady really took care of us by getting us a rollaway bed that was needed very timely.

They do not care about the customer. Only interested in their profit

Location is good, but this is simply not a Hyatt Regency, it’s old outdated, and in need of a full renovation especially the rooms and bathrooms...
