They do not care about the customer. Only interested in their profit

Location is good, but this is simply not a Hyatt Regency, it’s old outdated, and in need of a full renovation especially the rooms and bathrooms...

Everything was great but I thought I was getting a King Bed and ended up with two smaller beds

Excellent location adjacent to the state capital and the convention center, walking distance to other restaurants and some shopping. Close proximity to Sports area and historic Old Sacramento.

Don't bring in an ice chest, they will not let you take it in the room

I made name change of one of three rooms that I booked. However it seems the change was never passed to Hyatt. My friend had trouble to check in his room. After he finally got the room, Hyatt assigned me the same room as his, which should be a different one. I don't know which part of process had issue. Either Orbitz did not pass the request or Hyatt did not confirm the request was received with action taken.

Have stayed here about 5 times and loved it. But this time, there was cigarette smoke in the hall outside our room three days in a row and each day I complained to the front desk. On the third day, it was so bad, it was coming into our room. Although they couldn't seem to prevent it, the manager did give me points on their Hyatt program, so that is something.

When I first arrived to my room the closet fixture fell on me and broke my nail. The engineering guy came and fixed it promptly so that was good. The toiletries were used and there was water all over the bathroom sink which got the tissue box wet on the bottom. Other than that it was pleasant. Really should look into getting a shuttle that takes your patrons to/from the airport.

The room is not clean, bed is not comfortable, need a lot update.

The hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hyatt was fine. Breakfast was good. We were too tired and aggravated to enjoy much of anything.

Great place to stay. Nice, staff and always willing to help. Especially the Villa they were very nice to me.

Original room booked was with a “Capital View”, which I normally book because they are higher up from the street, less noise and feel more open... The room we received when we checked in at 3:00pm looked out at a brick wall and if you strained you could see the Capital in the left corner. It was 5th floor and very noisy. I mentioned it to the hotel clerk upon checking out and they comped our valet parking. Overall, I love the Hyatt downtown, centrally located to many great restaurants, plus they have a nice lounge area and the rooms are always fresh-clean.

Beautiful lobby bar and restaurant Great location across from state Capitol

The hotel was very poorly insulated. You can hear your neighbors and people coming from down the hall as if there was no door or walls. When we informed the front desk of our concerns they were not accommodating at all. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.
