Nice Spot
Decent hotel, very nice front desk receptionist. Mainly booked this hotel for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool was small (12) max capacity @ 4ft deep but the kids had fun. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Our room was very tidy and clean.

Very noisy street and location
Incredibly noisy. The windows are very poor quality abd we heard street noise all night long. Worst night of sleep we have ever had.

Comfortable and Clean
I thought this was a comfortable and clean hotel for a decent price. If you're going to Sac State it is minutes away. The pool is extremely small, but indoors and nice. The room was a little loud with the elevator noises and people in the hallways, but with the fan on, was not as noticeable.

It is a 2 star hotel
The hotel is comfortable and somewhat quiet even though i could hear the person in the room above me moving around. The bed, which is the most important part, was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. I did not have time to partake in the breakfast so i cannot speak to that.

Ridiculous parking policy - $200 accidental
Front desk lady was rude, kept reminding me that she needs my license plate and that parking is one per room. My partner & I travel for work so we drive separate cars on days we book a room together - usually near the fwy depending on our location. One car per room sounds made up and ridiculous to me as I’ve never encounter such a rule in all my time of being on the road. This place charges $200 for accidental fee, it’s an actual charged to your cc then a refund about 1.5 week later. Other hotels I’ve stayed at do a pending charge then immediate release of the charge upon checkout so you can imagine my confusion when I went through my transactions 7 days after checkout and saw a $200 charge from the hotel. Was told to wait couple days to see a refund. Conclusion: will not stay here again. Although the room was clean and spacious, I feel the service, parking and $200 accidental charge policy needs work.
