Not newly renovated, currently under renovation!! Poor customer service from staff. Breakfast is terrible and extremely picked through. Rooms aren't terrible but no space to put clothes for 2 people! They should have a grooming policy for employees. Housekeeping is loud when doing rooms. No peace at this place no proper customer service, maybe they forget we are traveling folk. Who really knows just don’t make the mistake I made booking here.

A party was hosted at the hotel and loud, thumping bass music played from 3pm until 4am. We did not have access to the pool and hot tub because of the event. We were lied to about how long the event would last. Every effort I made to contact the front desk was ignored until I walked to the front desk at 4am to wake the guy up and beg him to stop the music. My son and I got no sleep.

Rooms and common areas are kept very clean, room service was friendly. Can be loud with the train tracks being so close and breakfast was very bland, but it’s free food so. Good experience for the price.

We loved it here. This hotel just fit everything we were looking for. A clean room, good location, helpful and friendly staff, a good breakfast with plenty of variety, and yummy hot tea before bed. We'll probably make this our hotel in Sacramento the next time we visit.

The heather was not working and after freezing the room I complained and had to move to another room after trying to sleep for awhile and being very tired lousiest stay ever, as I had to drive very early again all day.
