The drains in the shower were clogged and not fully draining the water. The products were very low grade and we had to pay for parking. Also, the room was quite expensive for the quality.

Everything was good for the most part. Clean room, bathroom mostly clean with some smalll stains on the wall but not enough to be disgusted by. Check out service was great. Girl who checked us out was kind and courteous unlike the guy who checked us in aroind 11 pm the night before. He had a rude attitude about us asking a simple question about using a secondary card on the accound that was a family member of ours.

Staff was friendly, however, there were a few hiccups with the room itself. No microwave, the tv was difficult to work (the remote didn’t work), location is VERY close to a train, our door lock stopped working, and someone tried entering our room multiple times while we were asleep.

I reserved a wheel chair accessible room with a roll in shower because I have a disabled daughter. The shower did not have the hand held sprayer so how a wheel chair bound person is supposed to shower is beyond me? The only electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work either. So she did not shower, and in order to use our personal devices we had to plug it in the coffee maker station and stretch the cord to the only other mirror available in the hall way. We tried to call the office but it just rang and rang with no answer. Then they did not disclose parking was a separate fee and charged my card! The room also had an over powering cleaning smell.
You can see they had a hand held sprayer on the bar but changed it to a normal sprayer which a wheel chair person cannot use. Very disappointed

Good location, close to freeway. Clean rooms and friendly employees. The room was very spacious. Air was very loud though. Lots of parking space, which was very convenient.
