Arrived for the Thanksgiving day for a 2 night stay. I would rate this hotel higher if not for the following: 1. Plumbing - the bathtub plug did not work - but the staff provided a new one. 2. The parking is too tight, the one lane entry to/and from the parking is on a curve, invisible to the oncoming traffic. 3. On the Thanksgiving day our room was not cleaned: When I arrived in the PM to retrieve a cell phone I saw that the room was not cleaned as yet. I reported this to the receptionist, he responded that he will take care of it still the room was not cleaned. I was not happy. The next day, upon my departure I told the receptionist about this problem. She was very defensive, fast talking and not nice at all. Her behavior as a representative of the big establishment was uncalled for and ill advised. On the other hand, the cleaning lady on the day of our departure was very nice and accommodating when I asked for a clean towel and shampoo. The male receptionist on the Thanksgiving day was also nice.

Reviews are deceiving...bed was uncomfortable and the free breakfast was disappointing...microwaveable bacon and sausage! Only choice of eggs were hard boiled that were stored in a mini fridge. Lot of street noise. Parking is atrocious. Luckily they offer you free parking, but it's across the street. Staff is great.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a perfect overnight stay. Walked in, super comfortable, roomy, cute little treats by the bed left by the housekeeper, and fancy origami with the toilet paper.

This location was perfect for my stay during my daughter's surgery and recovery. The staff was amazing!!! They put her at ease immediately and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

Exceptionally Clean - Employees very helpful - Free Breakfast very good with a great variety of food.. Location right across the street from my meetings.Could not have been better.

Everything OK except for the noisy fridge in the room - kept me up!

In case you are for business in the area, then it is all right for a couple days. Need some drive to find a restaurant. The Wi-Fi is OK in the room. There is a desk in the room with the right chair, so could do some work. A small, but not mini refrigerator is helpful and you are getting a small microwave. The area is not loud during the night. Staff is friendly. Lousy TV channels only! Good for business travel especially if you have something with the nearby hospitals.

My only complaint was that it was hard to reach them by telephone- had to book online. Also, the phones in the rooms didn't work. Otherwise, beautiful rooms, balcony, fresh flowers. Very comfortable and quiet.

This well-appointed hotel will surprise you with its unassuming exterior! The interior spaces and guestrooms appear to be newly redone in rich materials, textures, and timeless colors. Beds are comfortable and our 5-night stay was a pleasure.

Stayed there the night before an interview, and I first was really impressed by an unexpected room upgrade. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and spotless. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the sheets were very clean. The next morning, I enjoyed a pretty good continental breakfast and was on my way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Excellent price for the quality of the hotel!!

Very quiet, away from the center of town but only 5 min by car. Double glazed windows and carpeted floors for silence. Overflow parking spots were better than hotel spots and only 3 minutes walk away,

Very convenient, close to the UC Davis Medical Hospital for visiting. comfortable.

The location was OK, it was quiet, clean and I enjoyed the self service breakfast. I could not expect more for the money I spent.
