Room not very clean, well the whole section we were in as soon as u walked in had a horrible smell, a/c didn’t work very well so got hardly any sleep. Place looked very old and very dirty. Definitely will NEVER go back!

The location was convenient but the experience was very disappointing. Upon check in, it seemed their system went down and there was a very long line and wait. Once we got our room key we got our room and looked clean until we saw mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Also the air conditioning didn’t work well (middle of July in Sacramento is really hot so this was really uncomfortable) Also we didn’t know that there was a huge swingers event by “allures”. Took us awhile to figure that out, we saw “allures event staff” and a bunch of older couples mingling EVERYWHERE. Some wearing very revealing clothing. We didn’t mind at first until we were kept up until well past 2am from people constantly going into the hallway and partying it up, and at one point people were yelling. Mind you, we also had two little kids with us (ages 4 and 8) who kept asking us why they were being so loud. On top of that, there was no dining in at the hotel, no gift shop open, due to covid yet they allow a swingers event. It’s a very large hotel, why didn’t they keep all of the people for this event in one section of the hotel. Upon booking I stated the ages of the children who would be staying. That is really uncool that the hotel would put a family in the same floor as a middle aged swingers party. I will never recommend this hotel ever again. I’ve stayed at 2 star motels that was cleaner, nicer, with better amenities and didn’t keep us up all hours of the night. Not worth it

Property is old not well maintained. I feel for the price you can find a cleaner hotel. Towels and blankets were stained. Staff was able to accommodate us with a rollaway bed. Staff was friendly property is not up to par for the price they charge.

It did not have a second latch above the knob lock. The bathroom door after it was locked could be easily pushed open. Curtains could not be closed all the way i had to put a chair there to keep them closed. A/C didnt work. Tables were very spotty & sticky. There was a pubic hair under a pillow. It was too late for me to walk to front desk to ask for another room. It was too far away.

I'm sorry to use this post but I need to let everyone know the non-covid friendly and racist experience I have had at this hotel and how no empathy was shown by the GM to correct the issue or explain. I booked this room in Sacramento as me and my husband were on a late honeymoon and touring California to visit family. We booked our room on Orbitz (which I never use either). Wen we arrived to the hotel I was not greeted friendly at all to start, then I explained to the man that we would be having friends come as well to rent rooms and we has small children so wanted joint rooms. The guy assured me he put me in a location that we could do that. Also friend had called and talked to him and was reassured the joint room would be held. She put her reservation in to hold the room. Upon waiting for her to get off work the room was giving away and he put her family at the opposite end of where we were so that made things very difficult. Mind u upon check in I was handed keys Cc was charged no paperwork or rules explained other than the wifi pass. While sitting in the room the kids noticed a huge brown roach with wings crawling on the wall. My husband killed it and we decided to stay and not let it mess up out time with nieces and nephews we never see. A few more roaches has made appearances during the 2 days we were there. The next day I went to pay for the room, again, the hotel made a while difficult process that resulted in me having to pit the room on my friends cars instead

Stuck in the 60’s. Stained wallpaper, curtains and carpet. Needs a remodel ASAP.

Front desk was rude. Rooms mirror was dirty. The hotel was empty yet we were stuck at the back of the second story furthest from the stairs and ice machine.

For the price I paid $200 for 1 night you would expect a lil more updated room. It smelled like a musty bowling alley. I paid half that the night before across the way and it was a studio.

This hotel has the best service !!! The bed was beyond comfortable. Everyone that works here was very kind , Helpful Pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean. The betting was beyond amazing. I wish I could give them 10 stars one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for the price unbeatable

The property is too big, but then Hilton didn't build it.

Maid entered the room without knocking at 930 am on Sunday. My wife and I were getting dressed. This was very unacceptable. I tried to call front desk but it just rang and rang.

The property is clean and maintained but the wing we stayed in is showing its age. The lobby are has been renovated recently, perhaps room renovations are taking place is stages. There was an "adult" convention being held at the hotel. We were there for an under 18 girls volleyball tournament. There were also 2 high school proms going on. Legally it might be difficult but as a parent I would appreciate an attempt at being notified that a conference being held during our stay isn't kid friendly. When we encountered the conference attendees dressed for their event it was an eye opener for our daughter, and her parents. If you are visiting from out of State keep in mind you are visiting California, so. be prepared social and cultural norms that may be different than where you come from.

The hotel was rather chilly. It also seemed a bit tired. Restaurant food could use improvement.

Property is old not well maintained. I feel for the price you can find a cleaner hotel. Towels and blankets were stained. Staff was able to accommodate us with a rollaway bed. Staff was friendly property is not up to par for the price they charge.
