Very nice hotel. Each room had a balcony. Ours was filthy and had a lousy view but.. the staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was uninviting but it was closed too. It was a decent safe place to stay

The property is very old and dated. Room had a stale odor. Did not feel generally safe as people off the street were regularly in the lobby in some type of distress. Parking lot not secure. I would definitely not return.

easy to get to

The room was out dated and the AC was strange. The staff was not very nice. There was a lot of crack heads coming in and out.

Nice and clean room.

They advertised free breakfast, but did not happen, when other motels near by was serving breakfast. Staff not real friendly. A/C in room very noisy, and coffee pot did not work properly. Room was clean enough.

They would only clean my room or provide clean towels upon my request.

Property is built in the 1970's. There is no thermostats in the rooms. They provided a space heater for the rooms if it is a bit cold (which is was this time). It solved the issue. I thought the place looked a bit like the hotel featured in the Horror Movie the Shining. The rooms were in good shape but had that 70's yellow tile for the bathroom. Fairly clean for an older aging hotel. Covid rules a little relaxed here. Security is good, they caught someone stealing in the hotel store that was waiting for checkin which didn't happen. Zero tolerance for BS. Not bad for an old hotel, but I chose to stay closer the next round. This is a $50-$60 a night hotel max even thought I paid more. Staff was great and helpful. You will find vintage appliances here (hairdryers with yellowed plastic). Needs a renovation. Floors clean, beds clean, pool clean. If you want to film a movie that looks like it took place in the 1970's or 1980's use this hotel!!! You won't need to add props.

Everything was good. Clean room pool was open . Beds were comfortable . No Continental breakfast due to Covid.

Grounds dirty 1000’s of cigarette butts had to trade room due to noise talking sex and tv I will not stay there or recommend it

Staff was not very personable or greeting room was filthy was not wipe down clean properly elevator had a weird strange smell property looks like it was in foreclosure status not very well maintained people fixing cars and partying in the parking lot there was holes in the ceiling Rome had no phone outlet for the jack to communicate

The room was clean, but when we drove up to the hotel their were a lot of people lingering in the parking lot as well as in their cars which made me and my family feel unsafe! Also, when we went for breakfast the area was "trashed" and no one from the hotel was their to clean up after the pancake batter was dripping to the floor, the cereal was all over the counter, the milk was empty from the canisters, etc.

The property is not in particularly good shape with mostly old carpets etc. The room set up is reasonable but you have no control over airconditioning. We set our thermostat and after a while, I asked the front desk why things are not cooling down. The response was that the temperature control was central... When it is 100+ outside, the room did not go below 85 F even at night. The bed, while looking pretty reasonable felt just like a slab of concrete to the point that we had to use the pillows as mattress and towels from the bathroom as pillows. Shower temperature randomly changed from scolding to cold no matter how you set it up. Cleaning and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. I wish i could say the same thing about the front desk staff. the breakfast is very basic, coffee is simply brown sludge and various pastries were either stale or simply did not look fresh. Major parking issues as it seems people used the space for free parking while going shopping. Getting in and out is quite a chore as the entrance is at a light and there is immediate freeway access past that light so you have to be careful how you enter the courtyard I booked this because of the lack of availability of my preferred hotel(s) but would highly recommend against staying there.

Air conditioning unit didn't work toilet was previously used bugs in the room
